About me Hi there! My name is Wing Shan. I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years and have cared for animals throughout every stage of their lives. My experience includes dogs, small pets, and more recently, I’ve adopted a stray cat into my home who’s brought even more joy to my daily routine. Being a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. Pet Sitting Experience I have been a trusted pet sitter on this platform for over two years and have completed more than 250 bookings, caring for pets from over 100 pet parents. In addition, I have over two years of pet sitting experience across other trusted platforms. Throughout my pet sitting journey, I have provided attentive, reliable, and loving care, ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy while their pet parents are away. My experience includes caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs, allowing me to adapt my care to each individual pet. Animal Volunteer Experience I volunteered with SAA (Society for Abandoned Animals) and the RSPCA, where I assisted with animal socialization, kennel cleaning, and general daily care. These experiences deepened my understanding of animal behaviour and reinforced the importance of patience, individualized attention, and compassionate care for every animal.

Service : Clean & Comfortable Living Environment: Cleaning of pets’ food bowl, litter tray, toys and utilities are essential because their living environment must be clean and comfortable. Building Trust : To build trust and love with pets, try to get close with them and let them approach you, more head rubs and chin tickles could be done if pets trust you. Socialising activities such as toy playing, hair combing and hugging will be done if pets are friendly and sociable to me. Updates for Owner : Take photos and videos for record and send to owners for their updates which help owners to be worry-free and enjoy their trip or focus their work when away from home

Wing has been absolutely amazing. Fantastic feedback everyday. Took pictures and when Kitty did show her face, Wing took a video. Stayed and sat with my very nervous and shy cat to make sure she was ok. Would highly recommend, and I will be bookther services again!!!
Wing was absolutely brilliant, and our cat loved her. Very kind, very professional, and very timely. Even though we booked a little bit last minute, she was still very understanding, helped us work out a schedule that worked for all of us, and overall did a fantastic job. She sent lots of updates for each visit and it really put our hearts at ease. Out cat probably misses her now more than she missed us!! 😁😊
Wing looked after our cat Baba while we were in Spain for a few days. She has put us completely at ease, she's professional, friendly and made sure to keep us up to date on how Baba was doing. This is the second time we've used her services and we will definitely rebook again in the future! Highly recommend her 😁

My 5 kitties are always happy to be in Wing’s care, she’s extremely caring and even takes the time to get to know all 5 of my cats personalities. She’s extremely thorough and I trust her completely with my cats :). She went above and beyond and even hoovered the floor before my return
I honestly couldn't recommend Wing enough! I'm always anxious leaving my cats with someone new but Wing's professionalism and genuine love of animals is obvious as soon as you meet her. Her updates are brilliant and we looked forward to her amazing photos every day. Even my shy cat loved her and she's very chosey! Thank you so much Wing, we will definitely be booking again

Flexible Schedule: I am now devoting my time to animal care, I am having volunteer work with animal rescue centres, and I will try very best to schedule pet sit bookings and volunteer works appropriately to make sure all rescue animals and pets could be taken care with love and care.
