About me Hi there! My name is Wing Shan. I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years and have cared for animals throughout every stage of their lives. My experience includes dogs, small pets, and more recently, I’ve adopted a stray cat into my home who’s brought even more joy to my daily routine. Being a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. Pet Sitting Experience I have been a trusted pet sitter on this platform for over two years and have completed more than 250 bookings, caring for pets from over 100 pet parents. In addition, I have over two years of pet sitting experience across other trusted platforms. Throughout my pet sitting journey, I have provided attentive, reliable, and loving care, ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy while their pet parents are away. My experience includes caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs, allowing me to adapt my care to each individual pet. Animal Volunteer Experience I volunteered with SAA (Society for Abandoned Animals) and the RSPCA, where I assisted with animal socialization, kennel cleaning, and general daily care. These experiences deepened my understanding of animal behaviour and reinforced the importance of patience, individualized attention, and compassionate care for every animal.

Safety, trust & environment
Service : Clean & Comfortable Living Environment: Cleaning of pets’ food bowl, litter tray, toys and utilities are essential because their living environment must be clean and comfortable. Building Trust : To build trust and love with pets, try to get close with them and let them approach you, more head rubs and chin tickles could be done if pets trust you. Socialising activities such as toy playing, hair combing and hugging will be done if pets are friendly and sociable to me. Updates for Owner : Take photos and videos for record and send to owners for their updates which help owners to be worry-free and enjoy their trip or focus their work when away from home

Thank you to Wing for looking after our two boys while we went away. Our cats have taken to Wing instantly and you can tell this is due to her kind, calm and loving nature. The updates we received at each visit were brilliant at putting us at ease and we were able to relax knowing they were in the best hands. It was nice to see both our cat’s personalities come out during the visits with Wing. We can’t thank you enough again!
A truly wonderful person and cat sitter. Excellent communication and thorough updates throughout the booking. She did a great job of looking after our cat, and even left us a polaroid photo of him, which is such a lovely little touch. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from Wing..Great communication before and during cat sitting for me. Photos videos and texts all reassuring me that Bernard was being well looked after while I was away. I can’t recommend Wing enough. 5 stars.

Schedule
Flexible Schedule: I am now devoting my time to animal care, I am having volunteer work with animal rescue centres, and I will try very best to schedule pet sit bookings and volunteer works appropriately to make sure all rescue animals and pets could be taken care with love and care.
