i have owned dogs all my life and think they are definitely man's best friend. After having not so great experience at kennels, I looked into DogVacay and loved it. I realized that it is a way for pet owners to have the freedom to travel without worrying about their dogs safety and comfort. Since I am retired, I thought it would be something that I could do to supplement my income and also, something that I would enjoy. I have a home with an enclosed yard and a little mixed schnauzer that loves the company of other dogs. I would look after your pets like they are my own, because I know how they become like one of your children. I would play with them and take them on walks in our quiet, safe neighborhood. I am retired, so have lots of time to spend with your pets. Although I love being retired, I need to be busy and spending time with dogs, is something that I enjoy. So it's a win, win situation for everyone. I have a large backyard, with new fence. Your dogs will be safe and free to run a d play. Have one small dog, so your pet will be able to socialize.

We’ve left our pup Dali with Wilma several times. She is the best sitter ever - she leaves reviews, actually asks questions if she has concerns and really does treat our baby like her own. A cold front came through when we were out of town last and she made sure Dali was warm by lending her a sweater from her pup. Usually Dali runs to us after staying with someone else, but with Wilma, she hesitates a bit. We love that she is so happy and comfortable while we are out of town!

Wilma and Sochi are wonderful. Wilma loves dogs and she takes care of the process very well. We had a meet and greet beforehand, so the dogs got to meet each other. I would definitely recommend Wilma and Sochi ☺️.

I have a nice backyard with provided shade, so your dog will have opportunity to explore scents and smells. We will explore the neighborhood and take walks to the local park.
