Alex took great care of my Luca while we were gone for a week! We came back to a very happy dog and a super clean home! He was incredibly helpful and accommodating when our flight back got delayed and made sure our baby was safe and fed until we returned. Highly recommend him to care for your pets as if they were his own and we will be booking him in the future!!!

We returned home to happy and healthy pets, which we really appreciate. However, we were disappointed with the overall state of our home and yard. The kitchen and bathrooms were left quite messy, the cats’ room had food and litter scattered on the floor, and the trash hadn’t been taken out. One of our pans was damaged, the dogs’ waste hadn’t been picked up from the yard, and all their toys were left outside. Communication was minimal unless I initiated it, and while we had agreed that guests could stop by, it appeared they were in our home without William present, which was not what we expected. We also made it clear that our cat is a flight risk if doors are left open, and unfortunately, she did get out on the very first day. While we’re grateful our pets were fed and safe, which is why I’m leaving 3 stars, the level of care felt like the bare minimum, and we would not book with William again.
