As a business owner, I have the flexibility of choosing my own schedule, which my clients (and their pets!) also benefit from. I am typically available for last minute calls, and because I'm an excellent communicator, I'm a great go-to for last minute needs.

I really appreciate managing expectations, so I need to know about boundaries with pets. For example, any restrictions, allergies, behavioral challenges, previous negative experiences, etc..
A typical day
I love greeting pets where they are, enjoying playtime with their favorite toys, giving treats (if allowed), and going for a walk as needed. If they are special needs or senior pets, I love giving them extra attention that they deserve.

My Hemingway cat has a heart condition and requires daily medications. I am confident with oral pill popping or liquid administration, or crushing up pills with food. I have great rapport with cats and especially love special needs and senior cats.

Once again, Thurston (William) did such a great job taking care of my senior cat! He’s so kind and always leaves everything cleaner and neater than when he arrived! My kitty just loves him!! Thurston takes extra time to make sure my boy is comfortable, well fed, and happy. Very very pleased and will continue to use him when I have to leave!
Cannot say enough nice things! He is always so sweet to my old kitty and always pays careful attention to how well he’s eating and how he’s acting! Highly recommend!!
William is one of the most kind and thoughtful people! He went above and beyond to make sure my cats were happy and comfortable! It’s clear how much he loves animals ❤️ He even made sure everything was clean and organized so my return home was smooth and easy. I can’t recommend him enough!
