During the summer, I’m fully available. Daytime, overnights, I prefer here if possible. But I’m open. I’m an elementary teacher as I stated above, so when school begins, I hope to still support the families I get to know through this app and mostly to bring some doggy love back into my life.

As I think we all understand, whether it’s my house or elsewhere, once the dog comes - the house is theirs! I will ask a lot of questions to get to know your dog, and very quickly come to understand them on a deeper level myself. Based on their needs, I not only ensure they’re fully safe (and feel as such), but at all times they also deserve to feel both deeply loved and greatly understood. The rules depend on THEM, on THEIR unique experiences, quirks, and comfort levels. Similarly to with my third graders, the environment and routine are not about me; rather, they’re flexible and unique to THEM, and to what makes them most comfortable and happy. I have experience with ALL sorts as a lifelong dog-person, as a years-long service dog handler/trainer, and honestly (maybe sounds strange): the teacher of young people I am has greatly impacted my positive-ONLY, individual-based approach to dogs. Your dog deserves nothing less! (And know that nothing shocks me. Every pup has their quirks, and I find that magical. I’m equipped and comfortable with it all. (Know that, while I just have the one dog-friendly cat at home, I do live in a building with other dogs around, but am very experienced with navigating that with your pup.)

Is there any soul as pure and beautiful as that of a dog?I worked with a service dog training agency for nine years, and had an amazing facility dog that I brought to school with me every day as a third grade dual language teacher, and as a trainer of teachers. The magical connections we were able to create with kids were simply indescribably amazing. I have stories that will melt your heart! I’m currently in the process of applying for my next canine best friend (service dog). In the meantime, I would love (and frankly need) to love on your puppies, all types welcome! I’m the type of person who gets to know the personality of a particular dog, I read their signals very well, and I pick up quickly on their unique personality, needs, and comfort levels with various situations. From my heart, are you looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, with experience training, but most of all: who will love on your furry family member like you do while you’re away? I’M YOUR GUY! As an elementary teacher; I’m off during the summer, and even when I go back to teaching come Fall, I still look forward to helping you, and to hopefully building a relationship with your furry friends! One thing unique about me is how I get to know them as the individuals that they are — dogs just deserve us to LOVE on them and dote on them! Am I right? 😍🐾 I have a beautiful dog run and yard in my wonderful dog-friendly building, along with some exciting sniffs along the way to a nearby park! Hablo español, también. 👋🏼

Booking with William was a pleasure. He takes instructions extremely seriously, reviewing everything beforehand & asking pertinent questions. I really appreciate it that and felt comfortable leaving my boys in his care. Pick up/drop off was a breeze and Will is a very good communicator. I would definitely book with him again and recommend him to others.

Will has an obvious love for animals and always took wonderful care of my dog. I didn’t have to worry about anything when I’d go out of town because I knew my dog was being well cared for and loved. And I’d receive regular updates.
Will has a long history with training service animals and working dogs. If he's available when I take my dogs out, we all love his company. I can tell that first and foremost, Will has the good energy that dogs pick up on. My dogs were immediately comfortable around him, and now they get excited every time they see him. I also know that Will is an attentive and thoughtful person. He's talked to me about how he wants to make sure dogs he takes care of get enrichment and quality time, not just the basics.
