William is very gentle with the animals in his care. He is very responsive to communicate changes to schedule and provides details of each walk.
Will was just great! He came over for a greet and meet days before the walks, asked all he needed to know to adapt to Simba’s particularities and sent constant updates. He was also super patient and flexible with our schedule. Thanks Will!
