🌵🌕YOUR PUP'S 2ND HOME🌕🌵

Pet care experience

Woof! Welcome to your pup’s home away from home! We are more than just a dog care and boarding facility —we are a Pack. Our mission is to create a safe and fun environment where our doggy Guests relax and play during their stay. ***CLICK THE ‘READ MORE’ BUTTON BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR SETUP & WEIGHT BASED RATES*** _______________________________________________________________ WHAT SETS US APART? 🌟 Repeat Guests: Our impressive number of repeat Guests speaks volumes (just compare our # of reviews to our repeat stay count). When Pet Parents find us, they keep coming back and they tell their friends. Approximately 95%+ of our Guests are loyal returning visitors and we are even caring for 2nd and 3rd generations of furry family members! 🤲 Caregivers First: We see ourselves as Caregivers, entrusted with your dog’s well-being, and therefore we are here to Serve. Our commitment is to serve you by exceeding expectations. 🏡 Retreat-Style Dog Boarding: We offer a unique blend of personalized Caregiving, coupled with professional safety features. Unlike standard boarding facilities, we provide a homey environment that feels like a retreat for your pup. We are NOT a standard boarding facility whatsoever, and we are definitely NOT your regular amateur dog watcher either. With over 2,000 unique Guests hosted since our inception, we cater to dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. We are passionate about ensuring our Guests feel right at home! From fun playtime with other Guests to cozy naps, we ensure everyone has a tail-wagging experience. ❤️ Personal + Professional: We blend the warmth of a caring home with the safety protocols of a traditional boarding facility. Your pup will feel loved, cared for, and entertained! 🐾 Selective Guests: At our unique doggy care and boarding facility, we understand that every pet is unique. Our approach is not for everyone, but when we are the right fit, we offer an unparalleled experience. We are careful to choose the Guests we accept, ensuring they are well-cared-for at home, healthy, generally well behaved (or at least proud works in-progress), and friendly with other pups. Guests must be comfortable interacting with other pups, well mannered (please no excessive mounting or barking), and no extreme anxiety issues please. 🐶 Your Dog’s Home Away From Home: Whether you are going on vacation, doing a home renovation, having a baby, or an organ transplant (yes, that has happened), we want the question of ‘Is my dog safe and happy?’ to be the absolute LAST thing on your mind. Come visit us and witness the love and care we provide. We cannot wait to welcome your furry companion to our PACK! 📍 Premier Location: We have proudly served Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Arcadia, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, and Phoenix, Arizona since 2014. Our convenient spot near Chaparral Dog Park in Old Town Scottsdale just off the 101 highway means easy access for you. Just a short drive from Phoenix PHX Airport! 🌳 Indoor Comfort & Outdoor Adventures: Our climate-controlled play spaces provide cozy contentment for our Guests with outdoor access via doggy doors. Our spacious shaded outdoor play areas are perfect for frolicking and exploring. We currently have 9 group play areas that offer indoor/outdoor access. 🪟Clear Expectations: We work hard to create clear expectations with you in advance of us doing business together and we work hard to meet (and preferably exceed) those expectations. That is why we have this information available here and also why we require a Meet & Greet prior to an initial stay. 🏕️ Doggy Summer Camp: Think of us as a fun-loving private camp for dogs, encouraging structured socialization and puppy-hood development through playful exploration (minus the campfires and s’mores). _______________________________________________________________ WHAT A DAY DURING A STAY IS LIKE: 🍽️ Mealtime - Fueling Adventures: • Morning Meal: Guests start their day usually between 7-8am with a hearty breakfast. Afterward, they are ready for outdoor playtime adventures! Guests always dine separately. • Evening Meal: Dinner is typically served between 5-8pm. Once they have finished, it’s playtime again! 🎾 Full Day Of Play - Tail Wagging Fun: • Our goal is to let Guests play to their heart’s content—from morning until bedtime. • Indoor Comfort & Outdoor Adventures: Climate-controlled play zones ensure cozy playtime. A spacious grass yard and shaded lounging areas provide ample room for romping, running, and exploring. • Safety First: All play areas are temperature-monitored and indoor areas are climate controlled. When it is hot (above 95 degrees, or 90 degrees for short-snout dogs), Guests can retreat to our air-conditioned play spaces and always have access to them during our hot days (we still give short bathroom breaks outside). • Energy Matching: Separate play zones cater to Guests based on their size and energy levels, ensuring safe and supervised interactions. Our multiple active and passive play areas ensure everyone has a blast while staying safe. Our goal is for nobody to be overwhelmed, underwhelmed, or bored while providing a safe, enjoyable experience. 📸 Stay Updates - Peace Of Mind: • Every other day we send photo updates starting from the day after check-in. Pictures are typically taken in the late afternoon, with updates sent after dinner (or sometimes later). We always prioritize our Guest’s physical care over messages/updates. • Rest assured; we would promptly notify you of any issues during your pet’s stay. 💤Sweet Puppy Dreams - Cozy Nights: • Bedtime usually falls between 11pm and midnight. Each Guest has their own individual open-air folding metal crate or an individual space within our secure metal divided indoor areas (basically a crate with very high walls and no top) for their safety and comfort. • Guests are in crates for about as long as it takes for a human to sleep and we have plenty of crates in all different sizes (24-52”), so you do not need to worry about bringing one. Most Guests, even those unaccustomed to crates at home, find comfort in their personal space after an exciting day of play and enjoy the individual space for falling asleep. We do typically sleep Guests from the same family together when possible assuming that you have not told us otherwise. _______________________________________________________________ ABOUT OUR PROPERTY - WHERE SAFETY MEETS FUN: At our facility, we prioritize our Guest’s safety and comfort. Conveniently located near the Chaparral Dog Park in Scottsdale, Arizona, and just a short 12-minute drive from PHX Sky Harbor airport, our setup is designed to impress. Whether indoors or outdoors, our play areas promote socialization, exercise, and mental stimulation. We also have plenty of raised dog beds for naps between the play! ❄️ Indoor Play Areas: • Climate-Controlled Comfort: Our indoor play zones ensure your pet is cozy, rain or shine with outdoor access via multiple doggy doors. • Tailored for Fun: Equipped with everything a Guest needs, our indoor spaces provide ample opportunity for play and relaxation. • Size Matters: Separate play zones cater to Guests based on their size and energy levels, ensuring safe and supervised interactions. 🌈 Outdoor Play Areas: • Spacious Freedom: A lush green grass yard and shaded lounging areas provide ample room for safe romping, running, and exploring. • Extra Perks: Some outdoor zones offer amenities such a swimming pool (only while supervised) and other round-a-bout play spaces for endless entertainment. _______________________________________________________________ SAFETY FIRST - YOUR PET’S WELL BEING IS OUR PRIORITY: When you entrust your pet to our care, you can rest assured that we have implemented a comprehensive range of safety features: 🚰 Automatic Waterers in Play Areas: Fresh water is always available in all play areas using commercial wall-mounted auto-refilling waterers. We keep sleeping areas dry to minimize accidents. 🌦️ Temperature Monitoring: Arizona heat is no joke. Our indoor and outdoor areas are equipped with advanced temperature monitoring systems that smartly control our AC systems for comfort and safety. When it is above 95 degrees (90 degrees for short-snout dogs), Guests will always have access to our climate controlled indoor play areas. 💞 Onsite Caregivers: While we cannot promise 24/7 onsite presence (we have lives too), someone is almost always physically home (way more supervision than most facilities provide). 🐕 Other Guests & Energy Matched Playtime: Guests are separated into play groups based on their energy, which typically corresponds to size. We want everyone to be comfortable and entertained, but not overwhelmed. We have built a system to allow for the hosting of a multiple variety of Guests and that system would not be financially viable hosting only a single Guest at a time. Therefore, we almost always have multiple Guests staying. Due to the constant fluctuations in Pet Parent’s schedules, having a specific set ‘maximum’ number of Guests is not realistic and is constantly changing as the number of Guests depends on the specific time of the day (some Guests may arrive in the morning while others will be going home that evening). Additionally, family emergencies arise and flight delays are common, so we obviously cannot kick a pup out and they may need to stay a little longer. Historically holidays, the summer months, and weekends tend to be the busiest times (usually correlated with school being out). 🔐 Secure Play Areas: Guests only access specially designed areas made for dogs—no counter surfing or garbage digging here! Because of this we do not provide free-roaming unsupervised house privileges. The indoor areas are divided with at minimum a custom heavy duty 6’ steel divider that is bolted to the ceiling, floor, and walls. Play areas are sanitized using kennel specific disinfectants on a regular basis. 🍴 Separate Mealtime: Guests always eat separately. Upon arrival, each Guest gets a color-coded tag that corresponds with their food bowl. No food mix-ups here! 🔔 Fire & CO2 Alarms: Our Nest detectors ensure safety in case of an emergency. 📹 24/7 Surveillance: Cameras monitor play areas, sleeping quarters, and entry points for quick response and awareness. 🧱 6-Foot-Tall Fencing: Sturdy 6’+-tall walls prevent unauthorized entry or escape. To deter any potential intruders or any Michael Jordan-esk gifted Guests, we have installed roll bars atop some of our key walls/gates, adding an extra layer of security to keep your pet safe. ⛔️ Restricted Access: Heavy-duty locked gates and motion-sensing cameras secure external access points. 🚨 Emergency Preparedness: Our trained Caregivers handle unforeseen situations promptly and professionally. One of our Caregivers even has 10-years of Vet Tech experience. 🛠️ Regular Maintenance & Inspections: Proactive checks maintain a safe, clean environment. We spare no expense to ensure your pet’s safety and security. 🐾🏠❤️ _______________________________________________________________ HOW TO JOIN OUR PACK: 1. Schedule Your Meet and Greet: Before a Guest’s first stay we require a Meet and Greet (M&G), which are typically 20-30 minutes. This essential step allows us to get to know you and your pup, understand their unique personality/needs, and ensure they are a good fit with our Pack. You have two options for an M&G: 👥 In-Person M&G: We offer tours at our facility most Tuesday evenings between 4-9pm. You will see our play areas, meet our Team, and introduce your pup(s) to our resident host dog, Mr. Lucy. ☎️ Virtual Phone Call M&G: If an in-person is not feasible, we can usually arrange a virtual M&G via phone within a day or two of your inquiry. ***IMPORTANT: We are a small team and work on a shift schedule to maximize the care for our Guests, so you may meet any of our Caregivers during the M&G depending on the schedule for that day. Please know that we are all active participants in caring for our Guests. If you have any questions or concerns just let us know and William is always available to connect.*** ℹ️ Gentle Guidance: We strongly encourage in-person M&G’s whenever possible. We also understand that some situations are more last minute and an in-person M&G is not feasible, a virtual M&G does suffice (assuming it works for your comfort level). Note: Our facility tours are only done during scheduled in-person M&G’s because we only ever introduce our house dog to potential Owners/Guests for safety reasons. Therefore, we hold M&G’s around dinner time on the slowest day(s) of the week to minimize playtime disruption for other Guests (we do not do tours at drop-offs or pickups). We will hold an available spot for 24 hours after our M&G for any dates you have mentioned, and you may also read the vast majority of the information we cover during M&G’s right here as well. Please note that we only accept Guests that live locally at least 3 months out of the year. 2. Complete Standard Paperwork & Provide Vaccination Records: Before or at your pup’s drop-off, we will need: 💉 Up-to-date vaccination records ⚕️ Medications & medical history of any conditions 👨🏻‍⚕️ Emergency contacts 🩺 Medical treatment authorization 📝 Any special care needs/instructions 3. Book Your Stay: After the Meet & Greet, easily make reservations online. We will always confirm your booking in writing and provide all details for drop-off and pick-up. Welcome to our Pack! 🐾 _______________________________________________________________ WHAT TO BRING: YOUR PET’S COMFORT ESSENTIALS Ensure your pup feels at home during their stay with this checklist: 🦴 Food: Bring enough of your dog’s regular food for their entire stay. Consistency helps prevent upset stomachs. Feel free to include treats for mealtimes. 🦮 Collar & Leash: For safety, please bring your pup with a secure collar and leash. We will tighten any loose collars & remove any pinch collars or collars containing batteries for safety reasons. 💊 Medications: If your pet needs meds or supplements, please pack them in the original containers with clear written instructions that specifies the following: frequency, dosage, & condition(s) being treated. 📄 Up-To-Date Vaccination Records: Please send us a copy/photo of recent vaccination records (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, & Bordetella required). This means puppies must have their puppy shots complete prior to their first stay (~16 weeks). 📞 Emergency Contacts: Provide updated contact info. ✏️ Special Instructions: Share any special needs or behavioral quirks with us in advance! We provide bowls, toys, and chew-proof beds in common areas for everyone’s safety. Personal items (blankets/beds) are strongly discouraged in crates at night for safety reasons unless medically necessary or if you have a very strong preference (assuming there is no history of your pup chewing). Our metal folding crates have a flexible plastic base (not metal). Questions? Just ask! _______________________________________________________________ BOOKING, SCHEDULING & HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY: 📆 Booking & Scheduling: Reservations are first-come, first-served and always confirmed in writing. We do ask that you let us know your preferred drop-off (DO) & pickup (PU) times as far in advance as possible and we will always confirm those times work on our end (we do schedule personal/professional commitments as needed unless we have specific times requested from you). Our available Drop-Off (DO) & Pickup (PU) Hours are: • Mon-Fri: 7a-8p (Preferred DO/PU Windows: 8-10a & 4-8p)* • Sat-Sun: 10a-6p (Preferred DO/PU Windows: 10a-12p & 3-6p)* *SPECIAL REQUEST: Whenever possible, we respectfully ask that you attempt to schedule your DO/PU’s in the Preferred Time Windows, because it helps us ensure our Guests receive longer personalized attention during the day. 🕰️ DO/PU Time Frame: We kindly ask that you provide a 20-30 min time frame for DO/PU. For example, if you are scheduled to drop off on Monday @ 8a, we will expect you between 8a-8:20/8:30a. We will always do our best to accommodate schedule changes, but cannot guarantee times unless we know in advance. 🛬 Picking Up From the Airport? If you’re flying into PHX and coming straight here, allow 45-75 mins from touchdown to our front door (depending on domestic/international flights, baggage, and parking). Schedule changes or flight delays? No problem—you can always extend your stay if needed. ⌛️ Time Exceptions: We are currently available for over 80 hours each week so unless there is an emergency, DO/PU will need to be during our office hours please and thank you. 🎊 Holiday Availability: In an attempt to balance our family and our Caregiving priorities, we do require that you DO/PU your pup either the day before or after the following busy holidays (we are not available for DO/PU’s on these days): • Presidents’ Day • Easter • Memorial Day • 4th of July • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve/Day • New Year’s Eve/Day 🗓️ Holiday Minimum Stay: Due to high demand, a 7-night minimum stay is required when booking over: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Eve/Day. Thank you for understanding our commitment to safety and family time! _______________________________________________________________ SERVICE RATES & DETAILS: “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” We prioritize providing both value and exceptional experiences for our Pet Parents and furry Guests! Here is what sets us apart: 🛝 Playtime & Socialization: Up to 14 hours of playtime per day is already included in our daily rates. Unlike other facilities, we don’t charge extra for playtime, and our extended hours ensure your doggo is active and engaged. As a note, during certain key summer travel periods with extreme temperatures and peak holidays, we take a slightly different approach to Guest playing, where Guests are rotated between play and nap time every 2-4 hours throughout the day. Overall playtime on these days may be closer to 6-10 hours. This allows us to still give appropriate playtime while also minimizing heat exposure. 💸 No Nickle & Diming Around DO/PU Timing: We count a ‘boarding guest night’ as an actual night stayed (not a 24-hour period). For example, dropping off on Wednesday morning and picking up on Thursday evening is still considered just 1 boarding guest night—think of it like a hotel with a very lenient check-in/out policy. ⚖️ Weight-Based Rates: We tailor rates based on your dog’s weight. We will use the weight you provide when determining the rate to use for the stay and please know that if actual weight at drop off varies significantly, we will adjust the rate for the stay retroactively. A 5lb leeway is granted between the small/average weight and a 10lb grace is given before the 100lb surcharge. 🌃 Boarding: • Small (under 15lbs): $39 per night • Average (20lbs-90lbs): $47 per night • Large (100+lbs): $55 per night • Puppies Under 1 Year (for breeds generally over 15lbs): $47 per night 🌆 Daycare Rate (regardless of size): $35 per day 💲 Discounts: • Additional Guest Discount: Bring the whole Pack and enjoy a $4 per night discount for each additional pup. For example, if the base rate for the first Guest is $47, the second Guest would be $43 per night. • Long-Term Stay Discount: Receive an additional $4 per night discount per Guest for stays over 30 guest nights. For instance, if you have two pups, the discount rate applies for stays longer than 15 nights (30 total guest nights). This is in addition to the ‘Additional Guest Discount’, if applicable. • Re-FUR-a-Friend Discount: Refer a friend and receive $40 off your next stay when they stay with us! 🛁 Bath & Blow Out Pricing - So Fresh & So Clean: Want your pup to head home looking sharp and smelling squeaky clean? We have got you covered! Please note that this is not full grooming, as it excludes hair cutting, nail clipping, and anal gland expression. Our bath and blow out services include: • Bath: A refreshing bath to keep your furry friend clean and comfortable. • Brush: Gentle brushing to maintain their coat’s health and shine. • Ear Wipes: We will ensure those adorable ears are sparkling. Bathing Rates by Size:* • Small Dogs (under 15 lbs): $50 • Medium Dogs (20-50 lbs): $56 • Large Dogs (55-90 lbs): $75 • XL Dogs (100 +lbs): $100 *Rates may vary based on factors like size, coat condition, and length of stay. We are committed to transparent pricing and are always available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Special Note: The price displayed on Rover reflects the small Guest rate and will be adjusted based on actual size. _______________________________________________________________ Woof You Very Much!

I have successfully boarded my dog with William several times and I'm always picking up a happy, tired pup! Highly recommend boarding with William if you're looking for a professional, reliable, fun and safe place for your dog to stay. My dog is a little timid around other dogs and likes to chill by herself and other low energy dogs and she has plenty of space to do so. I always love getting photos and updates throughout the stay as well😊

Chief had such an amazing time with Will and all the other pups! Staff was all so incredible and very reassuring as this was our first time boarding our puppy. Chief came back happy and worn out! Thank you so much for everything!
