Will was patient, attentive, and took the time to understand his personality instead of expecting him to warm up instantly. I’m very particular about the standard of care my pets get while I am away. Knowing they were in William’s hands gave me complete peace of mind. I knew they would receive medications and food on time, get plenty of TLC and that I would get regular updates. William is incredibly responsible, dependable, and thoughtful, and it’s obvious he truly cares about the well-being of every animal he looks after. It’s rare to find someone who is not only trustworthy and professional but also has such a natural connection with animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend William anyone looking for exceptional pet care.
