William did a great job. This was our first time with him, and everything went smoothly. He responded promptly to any contact, was reliable in carrying out what we asked him to do, and was very easy to work with overall. He clearly understands how to engage with cats, and established a rapport quickly with our kitty. She is an old girl, and pretty needy, so she does not handle our absence well. But William was able to connect with her and got her through it nicely. I was impressed that he was able to discern some aspects of her needs and preferences that I hadn't thought to tell him, even working with her for a relatively short time (5 days). We would absolutely request William again if the need arises and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Excellent experience with William. Very thorough, punctual, great reports. My dog took to him immediately during the meet and greet visit. Having peace of mind when you are away is very important and found that in William.

We’ve asked William to drop in on our cats several times now. Each time he is detailed, attentive, and just overall so helpful. Even our very shy cat has warmed up to him completely!

William did a fab job of visiting my cat Daisy each morning while we were away. He communicated during each visit and sent photos. We will definitely use him again.

Takes great care of our cats Blue and Lilac! Provides plenty of care, love, pets, and treats when we’re traveling.
