My life in retirement is dedicated to and enriched by caring for dogs, I have over 30 years experience. Young or old. Big or small your dog will be cared for to your specifications. Your dog will never be left alone since I am home full-time and their wellbeing will be of paramount importance. They will be treated in a manner that I'd hope for my dog whilst boarding.

Really happy with the care my dog received whilst with Bill. My dog was well looked after and settled in after a little time on her trial night. We couldn’t recommend Bill highly enough! He looked after our Cocker Spaniel, Harper, while we were away on holiday abroad, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for anyone better. From the moment we met Bill, we felt completely at ease leaving Harper in his care. His own dog, Gus, was absolutely lovely and clearly enjoyed having Harper sharing his home. It was so lovely to see how quickly they became friends. Bill sent us photos and videos every day, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We could see that Harper was happy, settled and having a fabulous time, it really was like she was having her own holiday too! Harper was also thoroughly spoilt with lovely walks, often having two walks a day or more, exploring beautiful parks and enjoying river walks. It was clear that Bill genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after and makes sure they get plenty of exercise, attention and affection. We were especially grateful when a family member unexpectedly became unwell and was no longer able to look after Harper for a few days before our return. Bill was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to extend Harper’s stay, taking away what could have been a very stressful situation for us. We returned home to a very happy, content and well cared for dog. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bill to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable home boarder. Harper clearly loved her time with Bill and Gus, and we will definitely be using his services again. Thank you so much, Bill! Harper is missing Gus!🐾❤️
Rowan had a great time with William. He was looked after and cared for; walked and played with and every thought was given to his well being. I would highly recommend William as a dog sitter and walker He was totally professional
Harper had her first trial night with Bill and we are so happy it went well. We had great feedback with photos and videos throughout her stay and she looked so happy chasing her ball and playing with Gus. We have now booked another stay for later in the year ☺️
Bill could not have been more helpful, he is very knowledgeable about dogs and makes sure his home is the right fit for your pet. Our boy came home happy and tired after a stay. Would definitely recommend!

Schedule
In early retirement I care for our 2 year old labrador Gus daily. I’m energetic enough to ensure that Gus is out exercising a minimum of 4 to 5 hours a day, morning and afternoon walks. If this is too much exercise for your dog I can, with the help of my wife, rearrange Gus's exercise routine around your dog’s preferences. Gus is a very social dog and loves the company of other fun loving friendly dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a spacious secured back yard and grassed secured front garden. We are lucky enough to have open spaces around us to the point that we can do a 5 mile walk without crossing a road. Dogs have the run of the house here, there are no restrictions to their movements.
Pets
A typical day
I generally take Gus out about 10am to the local trails and fields for a few hours. Gus loves to chase a ball so your dog will have a great time running around and playing. Same in the late afternoon after mealtime.
