WFH couple! Very flexible schedule.
My wife (Marissa) and I manage this account together. We are huge dog lovers. We both had to put our dogs down within the past couple of years and haven’t been quite ready to have a new fur baby yet. We love hosting other friends in our home. We have both spent our whole lives around dogs either as our own family members or pet sitting for others. My dog (Hamilton, shown in my profile picture), stayed by my side for 15 years. He made it to 17 years old before losing his fight with cancer. We had to put him down in 2021. Marissa’s dog (Dakota, the black dog on the boat) spent 16 years by her side. She also made it to 17 years old before we had to say goodbye this past February. We would love to give your dog a safe place that feels like their home away from home. We love to spoil our furry friends and do whatever we can to make them feel like royalty. We have experience with all ages, and are comfortable with all breeds. *For dog walking service: Marissa will be providing dog walking services. She is comfortable with all types of breeds, large and small. She always takes over the spunkier dogs when we are walking because she has great control and patience. If your dog is aggressive toward other dogs, she will be able to manage the pass-bys with ease. She is comfortable walking two dogs at time.

Will was so awesome! Our dog Lola is coming up on 15 years old and is our almost two year old daughter’s best friend. So, we are always apprehensive when leaving her for a trip. This time my younger brother couldn’t sit for her, but Will stepped in and did a wonderful job. We had amazing communication, a good amount of pictures, and Lola was as happy as possible with us out of town. We would recommend to anyone looking for a dog sitter!
Will was very communicative from the start and throughout the stay. Lola loved the large fenced in backyard. Would recommend!

Will and Marissa are great with my dog! They send lots of updates and pictures, which makes me feel better when I’m traveling. Luna doesn’t like when I go away on trips but when she stays with them, she comes home much happier!
Marissa and Will are fantastic sitter! You can tell they have amazing energy because your pet will immediately love them. When I first pulled up yo their place, my dog surprisingly pull me towards Marissa when she opened the door - this excitement rarely happens when my dog is outside. I can tell Bernard was having the time of his life as he shown new side of his personality at MW's. He was truly comfortable and safe cohabiting with the duo. Will and Marissa are also very prompt with their responses and daily updates. I will definitely book them again if I ever need a sitter and will refer them to all my pawrent friends
We had to come to town for a funeral, and used this site to find someone we could trust. Our dog was happy and healthy when we picked him up, and Will and Marissa were very communicative while they had him, sending regular pictures and updates. We are so thankful to have found someone we could trust so that we could focus on the friends we came to support. If we lived there, we would use them regularly and exclusively.

Schedule
Marissa and I both work from home and have flexible hours throughout the work day. This means we can easily alter our schedules to fit your pet's exact needs. We are also home throughout the day on weekends so we can meet the most demanding of schedules for your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a one story house with a fenced in backyard for your dog to roam around and enjoy the sunshine/fresh air! We will be happy to crate your dogs as needed but crates must be provided. Unfortunately, we have had some damage issues in the past so we no longer allow pets on furniture. We adhere strictly to any diets and eating plans that are already established for your dog. For dog walking and play services, Marissa will make sure that your pet gets ample time to get out some energy and have some fun. It can get lonely cooped up in a home all day without much attention, which is why play time/potty time is serious business. Marissa will make sure to give your pet the attention it craves. We can’t wait to meet your pup and make new friends!
A typical day
Pet Sitting: We will go for walks around the neighborhood, play in the backyard, play fetch, tug-o-war, etc., and snuggle up on the couch. We will do everything to make your dog feel that this is their home away from home. Walking/Play date: Marissa will make sure to take your dog for a walk to do their business and enjoy time outside. Your dog will be able to take time to sniff around and have some fun. We will play your dog’s favorite games and give it lots of love!
