Dog Sitting: By providing care for your fur baby in a familiar environment it reduces stress on them, and allows for a more personalized experience for you and your pet. I follow instructions well and value clear communication with clients. More than happy to provide pictures of our time together and a summary of our activities for the day. I appreciate and respect that you allow me to care for your pet in your home, and will care for your home accordingly. I understand our pets are an extension of our family and will treat them will love and care. Walking: I prioritize safety ensuring the dog is secure and mindful of the surroundings.I aim for them to use the restroom at least once, get in plenty of sniffs, and of course a nice photo op. After each walk I provide a Rover card that shows our route, duration of the walk, and if they used the restroom or took any breaks. More than a service- barks of approval, Purrs of satisfaction and squeaks of joy guaranteed!
Information Whitney R. would like to know about your pet
It is of high importance to me to keep your pet safe. Any information about your pet would be helpful, but here are some things I would also like to know. For walking services it would be helpful for me to know if I am establishing this habit with your dog or just continuing your routine. Is your dog reactive on leash? If so to what? Does your dog have any food allergies and are treats okay? House sitting: Do they dart when the door is opened? Are they able to be unsupervised in the backyard? Have they ever gotten out? Do they have a favorite hiding place? Do they have a release word to eat?
A typical day
I follow the owners instructions and then report to my next boss, your pet. I follow the beat of their drum. If they want to play, we play, if they want to relax and watch a movie I'm a great companion and give awesome pets and belly rubs. My main goal is to keep them comfortable and happy while you're away.

Pet care experience
Like the Disney princess, Princess Tiana I’ve always had a love all animals. Big and small, feathers or fur I enjoy them all. I have a guinea pig named Bubbles. I would love to provide care for your piggies and other exotic pets as well. 6th Man/ Teammate Here to meet your needs while you're away. Like the six man I can play many rolls. From personal chef, entertainment, and personal masseuse. But most of all providing peace of mind and clear communication. I volunteer at a shelter regularly. Aside from providing a safe clean space my favorite part is the one on one time I get with each animal. Sometimes we play, cuddle, and provide a quiet space to decompress for the shy ones. I really enjoy providing them specialty care and learning and providing for the individual needs. I feel like a chef on Gordon Ramsay's cooking show as I prepare their meals to meet their individual likes and needs striving for perfection. I would love to be a member of the team!

Reviews

Whitney was a professional, experienced, and attentive cat sitter. Most importantly, I felt that she genuinely loves and cares for animals. She made sure to review my cat’s routine, emergency contacts, and other important details. My cat stayed with her twice, including once for a week. Whitney sent me pictures and updates of my cat every morning and evening. My cat looked very happy in pics/videos! She always tidied up the space after cat sitting—taking out the litter trash, putting towels in the washer, etc.—which made my life easier after returning from vacation. I will definitely reach out to her the next time I’m out of town. Thank you Whitney!

Whitney took very good care of my dog Ruth. I will definitely use her again in the future!

Whitney was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were in a bind after our Divine blessing came into our lives, who we named Belle. We rescued her from a busy street dodging traffic. We had a planned trip shortly after finding her, but she was not yet eligible for boarding. To say that we were FORTUNATE to find a caring, compassionate and responsible housesitter for Belle (at the last minute, no less) in Whitney would be an understatement! We can't thank her enough, but we'll try. THANK YOU, Whitney!
