FOR THE LOVE OF PETS!
Loving and caring for pets has been a part of my entire life. At a young age I started caring for my neighbor's pets while they were gone, helping lost dogs find their way back home, and training my own dogs. I started volunteering at my local shelter with basic care and also taking dogs off site for some fun outside of the shelter setting- walking, rollerblading for more active dogs, or just hanging out in the yard and working on training commands. I do it all for the love of pets!

Whitney was absolutely amazing taking care of our girl, Pizza, while we explored Mammoth Cave. It was our first time using Rover, and I can only hope all of our future Rover experiences are even close to this good. She kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages about what Pizza was doing, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her home was easy to find, and she even took the time to recommend family-friendly things to do in the area for our kids. When I first reached out, we were already on the road and scrambling to find last-minute care for our dog. Whitney responded almost immediately, and I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that. From start to finish, the entire experience was stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Pizza with Whitney again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely care for their pet.
Whitney was super accommodating and took wonderful care of our pups. She was a great communicator and took our booking nearly last minute so we could tour the mammoth cave together. I would highly recommend her!
We were in the area from Indiana and Whitney took great care of our two dogs for the day while we visited Mammoth Cave. Her place is spotless, and her yard is great for the dogs! I can tell she loves animals and if we’re in the area again, we’ll certainly book with Whitney again!

Schedule
I currently make my own schedule with the school district working with special needs students, so I have a pretty flexible schedule aside from school drop off and pick up for my children. I'm also available weekends and evenings. Going for the day to Mammoth National Park? Don’t want to leave your pet alone in a rental or hotel? Perfect! I’m on right on your way! Let me keep your pet company and safe while you enjoy all things Mammoth!

I have a fenced (4.5’), grassy yard with elevated and covered porch. I do have my own pets so their safety and your pup's safety is of the most importance to me. My pups do not have free range of my home. With a spare room and tall gates I am able to keep separation if desired. I am also able to crate your pup if requested.

A typical day
My favorite thing to do with active dogs is rollerblade next to them for high intensity exercise. The dogs love it and so do I!
