Hi, I'm Whitney! I'm based in beautiful Port Townsend and caring for animals has become one of my favorite ways to spend my days. Whether it's a cozy evening with a senior cat, a neighborhood sniffari, or an adventurous trail walk with an energetic pup, I genuinely love getting to know each pet's unique personality. As a Rover Star Sitter with dozens of five-star reviews and many repeat clients, my goal is simple: to make your time away as stress-free as possible while making sure your pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I know firsthand how much trust it takes to leave your pets (and your home) in someone else's care, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. One thing many of my clients mention is how much they enjoy my updates. I love taking photos, so you can expect plenty of pictures and little stories about your pet's day while you're away! Before We Book I require a complimentary 30-minute meet & greet before all new bookings. It's a great opportunity for us (and your pets!) to get to know each other, go over routines, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. House Sitting House sitting is perfect for pets who are happiest staying in their own home and keeping their normal routine. Overnight care in your home Plenty of companionship, playtime, walks, meals, medications (if needed), and lots of love Frequent photo and message updates During weekdays, I'll work remotely from your home, so reliable Wi-Fi is appreciated. My little sidekick, Jaxson, joins me for house sits. He's a friendly 10-pound terrier who gets along well with most dogs and many cats. We'll make sure everyone is a good fit during our meet & greet before booking. Drop-In Visits Perfect for cats, puppies, senior pets, or dogs who just need a visit during the day. During a drop-in I can: - Feed meals and refresh water - Administer oral medications - Scoop litter boxes - Let dogs out for potty breaks - Play, cuddle, brush, or simply keep your pet company - Send plenty of photos and updates Available in both 30- and 60-minute visits. Dog Walks Walks are tailored to your dog's energy level and personality. Whether your pup prefers a leisurely neighborhood stroll or a brisk walk with lots of opportunities to sniff and explore, I'll make sure they get exercise, enrichment, and individual attention. Every walk includes a Rover Card with photos and a GPS map of our route. Thank you for considering me to care for your furry family members. I can't wait to meet you and your pets!

Whitney was wonderful! She checked in on Macy three times while I was away for the day, and Macy clearly enjoyed her company. I especially appreciated the brisk walking pace Whitney could give her—unlike Mom, who’s getting a little old and can’t quite keep up! 😊 I would absolutely hire Whitney again, and I definitely will. Whitney is incredible!! My typically shy cat, Pip, became comfortable around Whitney almost immediately. Whitney is reliably communicative and sends such lovely photos. She is very capable at administering medication. I tend to worry whenever I leave Pip, but not with Whitney. I knew Pip was in such excellent care!
Whitney was great! We had her watch our guy two separate times in June and felt very comfortable and so happy he could be at home while we were away. We will definitely have Whitney look after JJ in the future. You can tell she really cares for animals and the updates and pictures were great. She took care of everything as requested and we are really happy to have Whitney whenever we can if we go away to look after our favorite guy! Thank you!

Whitney was a fantastic sitter for our two dogs! She was friendly, attentive, and we came home to happy and healthy pups. Her dog Jax is adorable and was a great addition to the squad. Wouldn’t hesitate to have her care for us again!!
