I so appreciate Whitney and Jared and their care for Remy. I don't like to leave him when I travel but it is so much easier knowing he is well cared for, active and happy. I won't hesitate to ask them to care for Remy again! Thank you!

Ahava had a great time and was well loved and taken care of. Whitney, Jared, and their adorable kids gave Ahava all the love and exercise she could handle.

Lots of love, daily walks, and a trip to the local dog park -what more can a dog (or owner) hope for? This and more were provided by Whitney and Jared. We'll definitely have Max stay with them the next time we're out of town.

Schedule

I'm currently working part time and will have plenty of time to play with your pups. I also have 3 kids and chickens that are secured safely in there coop. I have 2 Yorkies named Rusty and Kenai. They're 8 years old. I've had puppies all my life and love everyone's dog as if they are my own. Safety is key in my house. So we make sure all dogs, myself, and kids are safe by placing the dogs in kennels whenever we are not home. When your pup stays at our house I make sure to get them outside for at least 1 hour walk every time they stay. They get food based on the schedule you give me. Mainly we make them feel safe and comfortable and keep things fun by playing and loving on them. My kids love dogs but have been trained on how to interact with stranger puppies.

Safety, trust & environment

My yard is completely fenced.safety is top priority at my house. I have 3 small kids so therefore your dog must get alone with a 5 year old, 2 year old, and baby. To ensure safety of everyone and my home Whenever we are away from our house we place your pup into a kennel.

A typical day

We love to keep the dogs active both mentally and physically. When your dog stays with us we take them to the dog park daily and stay for at least one hour or longer. When we are there we have them play with other dogs and walk around on the pathways. Same goes for my dog walks. I'll come pick them up and drop them off. I can always customize depending on your situation as well. ?

Let me know about specific needs of your dog. I do have young kids and 2 small Yorkie poodle mixes. They have been great with other dogs and we simply move them upstairs if there is a dog that doesn't like small dogs. Big dogs are preferred to be kenneled but not required. Small dogs do not have to be kenneled and can sleep in our bed if that is what you prefer. Basically when your dog stays with us, we try to keep the same routine and have them feel comfortable and at home When you have your dog stay with us, I let people know to at least bring a blanket and favorite toy with food and leash. The blanket and toy is for security reasons and help.your dog feel comfortable. I look forward to talking things over with you. I'm new to rover but not new to tending dogs. ? I can always customize depending on your situation as well. I am also in Healthcare. So even though I'm not CPR specific dog training I do know some basics. I also have given dogs injections in the past but wasn't specifically dog trained. That being said if your dog needs injection medications specifically we would need to be in talks about what it is for and I can let you know if I feel comfortable watching your dog. These specifics are dose amount, where to inject, what are some adverse reactions or what to watch out for in case something goes wrong. If something goes wrong, where do I take your dog and what to do? Etc. I don't mean to scare but with me being in Healthcare we need to know these basic things.
