Cat-sitter in Bryan/College Station

Drop-in visits for cats in your own home You can feel confident that your cats will be taken care of and played with, and I'll do my best to send lots of pictures! I have two cats of my own, who moved from Utah to Texas with me. I've rescued 4 cats and cared for many, including kittens, the old and grumpy, and everyone in between. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =============== Quality Care Policy =============== To ensure your cats receive the care and attention they deserve, I require 30-minute visits to be scheduled at least once every 48 hours (a minimum of every other day). This allows me to spend quality time with your cats, maintain a clean, comfortable environment for them, and make sure they don't get into any trouble! I am happy to consider exceptions for homes with automated food & litter and cameras that allow you to keep an eye on your cats, or other special circumstances. Just ask! = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = ========= Travel Fee ========= For visits more than 6 miles from my home, I charge an additional $1 per mile, per visit. I’m located near the *Texas A&M GSC building*, close to the Bryan/College Station border. This fee is added manually, so it won't appear in your initial Rover booking. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Link for $20 off your first booking: https://www.rover.com/sit/whitnh43228 (If it is your first ever booking on Rover, with any sitter) 🏳️‍🌈💖

During each visit, I make sure your cat receives plenty of attention and play (if they’re interested), fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and tidy floors, as well as any specialized care they need. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = I have experience giving cats oral medications, eye drops, and topical treatments. I do not administer injections (no needles), but I’m happy to discuss any other care your cat might need! = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = I do not board pets at my home because I have two cats of my own, and they are most comfortable when they run the joint. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = * my recommendations * (no affiliate links, just things I use) - a lifetime's supply of springs: https://a.co/d/3Er2mvc - Free cat wand: find a stick and attach a ribbon/string/shoelace to it - tall scratching post https://a.co/d/eOaKEWU (42", my cats' favorite, I replace about every 9 months) - scratching post with hammock https://a.co/d/fopzq1A (19") - pet hair remover https://a.co/d/41zB3Cy (I've had this for years!) - my cats' favorite litter: most any of the Arm & Hammer litters, but especially the A&H Clump & Seal: Slide (purple)

Whitney was fantastic! We were gone for nearly two weeks and came to check on our two kitties twice daily. One of our cats is super skittish and cautious around people and she actually ended up coming out and showing curiosity! Our other cat loves to play and is such a goofball and it was evident from the pictures Whitney sent that he had a great time! She kept play interesting for them and we could see how she set up different ways to play every visit to keep them enriched and engaged. She kept them happy and healthy! Her communication was excellent throughout as well, telling us about various things that occurred like the city have water issues that affected our apartment, and us having a package delivered to our door that was our neighbor’s then walking it over to them. We will definitely rebook Whitney in the future!

Whitney did a fantastic job. She has been the only rover rep (so far) that was able to get my grumpy old man off a cat (anubis) to actually play some. That's very impressive. I would highly recommend her!

I was nervous to use Rover, but it has been such an amazing app that has led us to Whitney. She is so sweet and so precious with our furries! We will use her over and over again!!!
