Loving Paws Walking!

Welcome! Animals have always been part of my family. My mom will tell you my love for all creatures began when I was old enough to grasp my fine motor skills. Training has come naturally to me; in addition to, a high training success rate with all my clients. I am experienced with dogs who are elderly, experience anxiety, behavioral challenges, require medication, healthcare needs/specialized care plans, or those who just need to get their zoomies out during the day. In my family home growing up, I had two miniature poodles that lived to be 15 and 17 years old. I now have a Lhasa-Poodle mix and Shih Tzu. I am committed to satisfaction through excellence through meticulous detail, good communication and team work. References can be provided. Your pet is a family member who will be treated as if they are a part of mine. The sparkle and joy your pet brings to your day is carried through into mine as well! I look forward to meeting your family! With a passion for animals starting at a young age, I began attending the Texas A&M veterinary camps. Ever since then, I have been growing my freelance business from family and friends and clientele through community word of mouth referrals. After COVID emerged, I had to make a career switch from being a teacher to health. These past years have allowed me to refine my dog training skills by becoming more studious and establish many regular clients. I ensure each dog has a fun, entertained and stimulated interaction while away from their owner, feeling relaxed and loved when their owners are returning home.

Safety, trust & environment

As somebody who’s meticulously detailed oriented, regimented and organized, I follow all directions and protocols in my clients home. I supply photos, make sure all doors are locked entering and leaving the home. The water and food bowls will be routinely cleaned and filled. I always walk the dogs on leash unless the owner specifies for fenced in play. Most importantly, I’m attentive to the dogs body language to ensure your dog is returned home safely and happier than when picked up.

Whitney was so great while taking care of our dog Belle. Belle had to wear an e-collar for a hot spot and Whitney gave her extra attention during her stay. She provided detailed communication and we were assured Belle was in great hands.

I cannot recommend Whitney enough for her outstanding dog walking and sitting services! Whitney takes care of my elderly pug mix, Yoshi, and I have been consistently impressed with her level of care and attention to detail. Whitney truly goes above and beyond. She is incredibly attentive, providing detailed updates after each walk or sitting session, which gives me peace of mind knowing that Yoshi is in good hands. Her dedication to Yoshi's comfort and happiness is truly commendable. I affectionately call Whitney the "dog whisperer" because of her remarkable ability to connect with animals and understand their needs. It's evident that she has a genuine passion for what she does, and it reflects in the exceptional care she provides. If you're looking for someone who will treat your furry friend like family, Whitney is the perfect choice. Thank you, Whitney, for all that you do!

Whitney has been amazing to work with and I highly recommend her! She has been very patient with my 8lb Brussels who has some anxiety issues when meeting new people and even came over to my home twice to spend time getting to know him. She is punctual, provides updates and is reliable. Thanks Whitney!

I have a very anxious and "clingy" brussels griffon named PJ. She is very fragile and tiny, and tends not to do well with strangers. Until I met Whitney, I only felt comfortable leaving her with my parents, because she would always return quite anxious. Whitney was the first dog sitter we worked with in Austin who knew how to make PJ feel comfortable. She was reliable, provided updates throughout the day, and PJ returned home with a pep in her step! She even willingly ran into Whitney's condo with excitement, which is quite unusual! I'm so happy we found Whitney, and recommend her to anyone, especially if you have a tiny/anxious dog who needs the princess treatment :)

Whitney has been my dog walker for the past 2 years. She has been so helpful and always gives me the peace of mind when I am away at work, knowing my dog is in the best hands possible. Whenever my dog has an injury or needs some extra TLC after an infection or treatment, she treats my dog as her own and takes great care of her. Whitney goes above and beyond by sending a picture of my dog each day and lets me know how my dog is doing...which again gives me such peace knowing she is well taken care of. I highly recommend Whitney for any dog walking/dog sitting services. You will find her reliable, hardworking, and professional and your pet will enjoy her company.

Whitney took care of our dog River in her home for several days. We took her crate, toys, and food. I’m not sure she was ever in the crate. She was out walking and chasing balls… and being loved. We will have Whitney take care of River whenever we need to leave her somewhere.
