Maisy's Mutts offers you high quality, individual dog training, boarding and daycare services. Manfred holds a Masters degree in Education (M.Ed.), is a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and has extensive experience for many years in working as a certified trainer and dog behaviorist. When your dog stays with us: ***PLEASE READ OUR PROFILE CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING A REQUEST, AS WE DO HAVE SOME LIMITATIONS FOR BOARDING AND DAYCARE*** BOARDING AND DAYCARE: ALL OF OUR DOG GUESTS for boarding or daycare have to be well socialized with other dogs, free of aggression and good around children. We require a meet and greet with every new doggie guest and their owners to make sure it's a great fit for everyone! We will fully include your dog into our family and daily activities. We live on a spacious property and are able to accommodate any dog depending on their needs. We will make sure that your dog is truly a part of our "pack" and is "home away from home". Dogs are never left unattended outside on our ranch and we follow your rules and wishes as well as the dogs routines to have them feel most comfortable. We can accommodate dogs of every size and age and our Labrador Maisy will happily welcome your pooch into our house, no matter if small, big, old or young. TRAINING SERVICES: Manfred has been a professional certified dog trainer and behaviorist for many years and will be happy to help you with your pooch if you have any problems, from puppy training, on leash issues, anxiety, socialization to aggression and behavior problems. Please contact us for an individual consultation. We will be happy to accommodate and entertain your dog, fully depending on the individual preferences and needs. However, even though we grew up with Rottweilers and have lots of experience with most of the below listed breeds and do not think those breeds are "bad or dangerous" by nature, we currently have breed restrictions for our services. Our dog had such a fun time at Manni’s, playing with other dogs, and running around his huge, fenced in yard. Manni interacts the dogs with his family, in a safe and constructed manner. I will be leaving Benji with him again, knowing he will be well looked after.
Manni and Whitney brought Teddy into their home as one of the family! He was given love and attention while I had to be gone. Manni sent pictures daily of all the fun Teddy was having. It made being apart from him so much easier knowing he was well cared for. I'm sure Teddy will be begging to go back to their house the next time I have to leave town!

Lady had such a great time with Whitney and Manni! We were a little nervous to leave her so long but we received A TON of pictures while we were away and she looked that she was having a blast! I really loved that Manni took the time to ask questions about how we do things at home so that they could essentially mimic the same at their home. I also really loved that he required the meet and greet to assess her temperament and to make sure she would fit in with their pack. Highly recommend!!
We left our two dogs with Manni for a week over Thanksgiving. They were so well taken care of. I was a bit nervous about leaving our mini Yorkie because he’s especially high maintenance. Manni was extremely patient and attentive to his needs. My other dog so enjoyed his interactions with other dogs and general care. I’m planning on using Manni again when we are in need of boarding/sitting. I would definitely highly recommend his services and am very thankful I found him through Rover.
Can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Manni and his care for our Golden, age 10. We adopted her several years ago and have never left her with anyone outside the family. Didn’t know how she would do with others dogs in a boarding situation or near small children. Manni introduced her slowly and sensitively to gauge her comfort and compatibility to others.. She adjusted beautifully and enjoyed her new friends. Leaving her in this lovely country setting with Manni and his family was like leaving her with our own family. Our dog’s schedule and needs were respected and she was included in activities around the ranch where she was always near people.. very important to her sense of security and safety. You can NOT go wrong with Maisy’s Mutts!

Schedule
I work full time on our "ranch" so our doggie guests will spend all day with me or with the family outside and in our home. We don’t have any kennels and the doggie guests are sleeping inside of our home together with us depending on what they’re used to at home.

We will provide service for your dog's individual needs, from lots of relaxing and cuddling, mental stimulation practice to a very active day, all depending on your dog's preferences and needs!
