I work full-time as a special education teacher. I am home all summer long. During the school year, I am able to come home during lunch as I live just a mile from the building I teach in.

My husband and I have a large fenced in back yard. Your pup will be able to sleep in the bed with us and will be treated like one of our own!

I am most comfortable watching dogs that are 20 pounds or less. Since Walter is such a tiny tot, I want to make sure that your dog is good with other dogs, especially ones that are little in size. I also need to know any routines (specifically with feeding times and/or medication).
A typical day
Your dog will get as many walks as they want. We live in a nice neighborhood that is perfect for walkies. We will also play in the back yard. Sometimes we even take car rides over to “Gam” & “Gamps” house for some extra playtime, snuggles, and attention!

Pet care experience
I've been around dogs since the day I was born. Now that I'm an adult, when my sister and I go to our parents house, we call it Dr. Dolitte's house, because there are always lots of dogs present. They honestly get treated better than the humans; they eat premium dog food, sleep on the furniture, and get the best treats. During the week I am a full-time special education teacher. Over the summer, I'm generally home full-time minus going to the gym or running occasional errands. Your dog is welcome on my furniture as well as in the bed with me at night if they'd like. I have a 4 year old Yorkie, Walter, and a 2 year old Yorkie, Minnie, that will be available to play with your pup too! I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of running room!
