We both work hybrid jobs (some in the office, some at home) with incredible flexibility in our day to day schedules. Recently engaged and no kids (and currently no pets of our own), so we have plenty of free time and are missing our pet snugs!

Safety, trust & environment
Your pets are welcome in our home as long as they are housebroken. We have a fenced in back yard, albeit somewhat small, and no competing pets at either of our immediate neighbors’ houses. We love walking the neighborhood and try to go for a walk everyday, so this is a great excuse to keep that up while making some new friends with the neighborhood fur-babies!

Information Wesley & Martha H. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs we should know about and their preferences on extra attention vs prefer to be left alone (or somewhere in between). Also if feeding, any tips or cautions to know about?
A typical day
Lots of love, fist and foremost. If they like cuddles and pets, there will be plenty of those! Fenced in back yard so we can play fetch or just run around if they get the zoomies. Walks around the neighborhood as well, on leashes of course.

We love fur babies!
Pet care experience
My fiancé, Martha, and I both came from dog families and have had various breeds our whole lives! Despite my best efforts to not be a “cat person” too, they have always gravitated toward me and eventually wore me down so I’m a sucker for a cat purr now too. Plenty of experience dog- and cat-sitting for friends over the years, in addition to the ones we’ve owned. It’s only recently that we don’t currently have our own, so we’d love to love on your fur-babies when you’re not able to!
Reviews
I might be a little biased, but I’ve seen Wes with animals enough to say confidently he’s fantastic with them. His family had a Dachshund named Daisy when I met him, and he was incredibly loving, gentle, and playful with her. Since then, I’ve watched him interact with so many different dogs and cats, and he’s always calm, patient, and engaged. When we take our morning walks together we always stop and greet our neighbors's aussie who patiently waits for attention from passers by. Pets warm up to Wes quickly, and he genuinely enjoys being around them.
I’ve known Wesley for a long time, and he’s always been someone I’d trust without hesitation. He’s responsible, easygoing, and great with animals. He’s the kind of person who pays attention and makes sure things are taken care of the right way. I’d feel completely comfortable having him look after my pets, and I think anyone else would too.
Wesley is such a caring and responsible person. He loves animals, is very communicative and respectful. I am confident when we leave our home that Wesley will not only care for our pets, he will look out for our home and anything that looks out of place. We have traveled a lot more ever since Wesley started watching our fury loved ones.
Wes grew up with a dog all thru his childhood. He is an animal lover. He is extremely reliable and responsible. He is trustworthy; his word is his bond. He has previously watched friends’ dogs and homes while they were on vacation.
