What their favorite toy is to play with and how your dog likes to be pet/scratched. I also like to be aware of any fears or situations that make your dog anxious, so we can avoid, if at all possible, in addition on how to calm/soothe your dog.
A typical day
I feel it’s important to know where the dog goes on their daily walks and attempt to replicate that routine. Green spaces and local parks are my favorite spots to spend time with your dog.

I’ve had my own pets for 20+ years and I frequently take care of my family & friend’s large breed dogs as well as cats. I enjoy walking dogs in local green spaces or taking them to dog parks to run off extra energy.

He kept us in the loop and sent pics and the animals were relaxed when we came back home.
We are so happy we found Wes to come stay with our pets while we're away. He has a great way with the dog and even our very shy cat. He kept in touch with us and regularly sent photos and videos. (As a bonus the photos were really, really good. We didn't realize a professional photo shoot would be included, lol.) Upon our return we found the house clean and tidy and possibly better than we left it. (Did he talk the pets into not shedding while we were gone?) It's always challenging finding reliable house/petsitters; we are so relieved we've got Wes in our contact list now and will definitely try to book him again for the next vacation.
