Caring for your dog like family
Growing up as a vet's daughter, animals have always been family, not pets. That upbringing gave me a deep respect for every dog's individual personality, and the bonus of having expert advice just a phone call away. I only take one family at a time so your dog is never competing for attention. Whether it's boarding, daycare, or a walk, your pup is my focus. I'm happy to care for two dogs from the same family together across any service. Holly is my adorable 3-year-old cockapoo. Good company for dogs staying with me, but she stays behind when I come to you. My home is open-concept with moveable fencing if any dog needs their own space.

Wendy was an amazing sitter for our dog, Sammi. She kept us updated with daily progress reports and sent us pictures of Sammi’s activities, which really helped us feel connected while we were away. Whenever we needed to get in touch, Wendy responded quickly and was always helpful. It was a fantastic experience overall, and we could tell Sammi had a great time. We’re so grateful for Wendy’s care and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and loving dog sitter!

Wendy was phenomenal. I needed a sitter for Jonas for a night since my usual contact was not available. We did a meet and greet and she showed me her house and introduced me to family including her dog Holly. During Jonas' stay Wendy kept me updated with lots of photos. I would definitely suggest her to anyone!

Schedule
As a creative entrepreneur who works from home, my schedule is built around flexibility, which means your dog is never an afterthought squeezed into a busy day. I'm home consistently, and care naturally fits into my routine rather than around it. I'm a regular on the street and trails around Westdale. Your pup can count on real time outside, wherever feels right for them.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm a Westdale neighbour. I know the streets, the trails, and the people on them. Pickup and drop off for walks are easy and familiar. We'll see friendly faces along the way and stop or keep moving, whatever your dog prefers. In my home, dogs are welcomed into a calm, open-concept space where every dog can have the space they need and do what makes them comfortable. When I come to you, I treat your home the way I'd want mine treated. I'll take off my shoes, wipe your dog's paws and put the leash back where it goes.
Pets
A typical day
Your pup and I will walk the streets and trails around Westdale and Churchill Park, with plenty of time to sniff around and take in the sights and sounds of the neighbourhood. Back home, the day is relaxed and unhurried. Plenty of spots to nap, a backyard to roam and lie in the sun, a game of ball or a stick thrown when the mood strikes. And let's not forget delicious scratches and belly rubs. Dogs are usually close by while I work, doing their own thing. I follow their lead and give them the attention they need that day.
