I’m available EVERYDAY of the week for boarding, in home vacation visits and training. If your dog likes car rides, play dates and pack adventures they get to join my daily adventure groups for FREE while boarding at my home. It’s adventure camp for dogs! They LOVE IT!

I have a secured fenced yard, crates, toys, bowls, love and rubs available. Your pup can be on all the furniture in my home, unless you prefer not. I have the best pup to keep your baby company. He loves to run, play, share and show off all his toys. Sampson is 8 years old but acts like a 2year old.

I love all breeds! Your pup does need to be good with other dogs or at least tolerate other pups. They can’t show any signs of aggression to be part of my adventure groups and board in my home. I love puppies and nothing is too much for me! Young hyper happy playful pups do very well in my care and in my home. Older pups who don’t mind a 6 year old golden doodle following them around are welcome. Boarding is ideal for me.
A typical day
Active Adventures heads to parks, trails and rivers Monday through Thursday. When boarding if you prefer separate walks and backyard play, DONE! Movies, cuddles, loves and rubs during all overnight care are a must. Kisses all day everyday.

Hello I’m absolutely thrilled to meet you. I’m the proud owner of a beautiful wild Golden Doodle and a successful small but mighty dog business, Active Adventures. I specialize in Monday through Thursday Active Adventures (pack outings) to parks, rivers, trails and even the beach. I service Salem, Independence and Monmouth clients every Monday and Wednesday. I head to Beaverton Oregon on Tuesday and Thursday. We hike, run, fetch, wrestle and swim all while reinforcing the basic commands to increase positive behavior and interactions with other pups. Manners please! Of course the super fun car rides are also a part of your pups experience. I do both pick and drop off once the adventure is completed. You can relax knowing your baby is having fun, exercising and making friends while you work. Independence and Monmouth save an an additional 5 dollars on all pack adventures! 40.00 vs 45.00 for each outing. Local discount applied at booking. Trust me to do your boarding, vacation visits and training. I’m gifted in individual training, pack training and e collar training for off leash adventures and recall. I am Licensed, LLC, Bonded, Insured and ready to add a new best friend to our pack. I've been doing full time pet care for 13 years. I traveled and managed several retail store locations but felt like something was missing. I decided to create what I love and make a new career path for myself, working with dogs. Along with my training and pet sitting experience, I have had dogs my entire life. With me you will get a very personalized loving service. I'm excellent at tiring out your fur babies while reinforcing training techniques. My clients are just like family. Let’s meet for a FREE meet, greet and assessment of your pup. Wendy took very good care of our standard poodle, made sure she got a good run every day, and Gracie loved staying there! Wendy was also easy to communicate with and very dependable. I would highly recommend her and we will be using her again as a boarder in the future!
We had Wendy watch our 5 month old puppy for a few nights, and it was our first time leaving him with someone. Wendy was absolutely amazing with him. We had a meet and greet before and she was so friendly, and communicative. She answered all my questions and even asked many of her own, so that she could best accommodate our pup. I knew our little guy would be in good hands. While we were away she sent many updates and photos. He even got to go out and have some fun at the dog park.
