We realize you could choose from many pet providers...but when we care for your dog you will know they are loved. We add them to our pack and care for them as we would our own. This is a labor of love for us...and also a way for my 16 yr. old animal-loving daughter to make money. Somehow every dog becomes our favorite...and we LOVE having the same dogs repeatedly. We especially love the long-term stays where we get to know your dog more personally. Your dog will be thoughtfully added to our pack. I'm a local teacher with lots of dog rescue and fostering experience. We have adopted several rescue animals and are trained in dog obedience - both Basic and Advanced. Our dog is an American Canine Good Citizen and he has not yet met a dog he didn't love! We believe dogs are at their best when they have lots of stimulation through regular play sessions and exercise. We reinforce basic commands and give lots of affection. We will do our best to provide the specific care your pet requires. Specifics about feeding/exercise/sleeping/behaviors are super helpful. The dogs who do best with us are good leash walkers with basic house manners, who play well with others. Thank you in advance for trusting us with your fur-babies!

Wendy was the best dog sitter you could hope for! She was able to watch Monroe pretty last minute in a rural location. She knew exactly what to do for introducing the dogs and had our anxious dog playing and being right at home within minutes. She even sent us photos of her with her new friend and was very communicative. We will 100% return to Wendy when we're in the area!
Wendy and her family took excellent care of our fussy Beagle. Even after we explained how mischievous he can be, she still agreed to care for him for a week while we traveled. We highly recommend Wendy for doggy care.

Schedule
We make time for regular play, stimulation, walks and fun - EVERYDAY! Quality dog care is our priority. We treat dogs we host as if they are our own, and ours is a bit spoiled!

Safety, trust & environment
Pets in our home are cared for like our own family dog - with exercise, play and affection. They have access to the entire house, and if allowed, they sleep with us and cuddle on furniture. Our daughter does an incredible job of caring for them, grooming, bathing, walking and working on both play and training!

A typical day
We really love doggie snuggles and play. Sometimes we take them on car rides if they ride well, or to a dog park. We love grooming and on-leash walks. If they enjoy it, we will sometimes bathe them.
