I work from home, so I am with your baby nearly all of the time. My yard is fenced in so most of the time we will be outdoors.

I would NEVER leave Boris outside unattended, as with your baby, they will be under me care at all times! I feed all dogs separately and rarely give treats unless I know the boarding dog and can trust they wont get nippy when it comes to food aggression. If the dogs become "wild" or start becoming aggressive I use squirt bottles to reprimand them. Generally I find dogs only get aggressive with each other if they are bored or anxious. Dogs that are anxious about thunder or fire works- you need to let me know ahead of time! Please do not spring it on me that your dog is going to become sick when they hear booming of thunder, etc. I don't mind it but I need to be prepared for it.

My dog is VERY playful and can almost be annoying at times to older pups- he wants to play, PLAY, PLAY! He does get along with most dogs though, eventually settling down if they don't want to play, but I would give caution to dogs that nip or bite when they are irritated- might not be the best fit.

Depending on the dog- If they are high energy like MY little guy, Boris, I like to take lots of walks around the local parks. I also have a gated area in my yard so even if it's a rainy day we can go back and play chase with the ball for a few minutes. When it's snowing I usually shovel a fun twisted path in the back for the dogs to run around in. They really get a kick out of it!

“The small spoiled dog SPECIALIST!” Home all day with a fenced-in yard, near the airport. I only take one dog at a time* usually! *unless you’re boarding two dogs with me. There really are 3 of us in this house that will be watching your dog, not just me! Allow us to introduce ourselves: 1. ME (Wendy): I work from home and will be with your dog all day. I have a penned in portion of my yard which makes it easy to go outside to ROAM FREE within that area. 3: My husband of 17+ years, RYAN: loves dogs, too. We walk our dog and your dog in the morning together, then when He gets home around 5pm we go for our night walk- the longest one of the day. 3. BORIS: Our new one year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix is done growing and weighs in at just 12 pounds! He’s a scrappy fella that’s ready to play if you are, but also ready to laze about and go into complete couch potato mode. We don't mind making room for the night time cuddlers -or sticking to the habits of the nocturnally crated- we will enjoy having your pup in our home and show them just as much affection and love as we have shown our own dog. I love staging photos of your puppies to send to you to show you what fun we are getting into! Please disclose if your dog uses puppy pads or has mistakes in the house and choose the “puppy rate.” Thank you for understanding.

Aunt Wendy and Boris took great care of my little dog Lola. Lola already misses Boris and wants to come play again soon!
Wendy was amazing and loving with our dog. She came highly recommended by a friend and we would agree! She sent pictures and updates, as we have an anxious dog. It was comforting knowing she was well taken care of.
