Experienced care, huge yard, LOVE❤️
I’ve been a dog lover since before I could walk—no dolls for me, just stuffed animals and real dogs, please. Years ago, I worked as an adoption counselor at the Denver Dumb Friends League, where I completed 40 hours of professional animal behavior training and assisted veterinary technicians. I'm also skilled with the needs of geriatric dogs. I had two dachshunds, 16 and 19 when they passed and required a lot of care in their late years. I also understand dog behavior, body language, and care from both a personal and professional level. Me, Clyde, a 100lb gentle giant, and Bonnie the senior cat are always happy to welcome new friends.

Mango had a blast again with Wendy and Clyde!! I think she is still tired from playing and running in the yard :)
Mango had so much fun on her first sleepover! Wendy took great care of her and she came home happy and tired from playing with Clyde and running around the yard.

I highly recommend Wendy to take care of your fur babies! I've known Wendy for 13 years. She is a true animal lover. They are her world. She is incredibly attentive to their needs, from not just the basics like food and water and playtime, but sweet snuggles and empathy when they're frightened or worried. She's professional, and her huge, back yard (full of the softest grass!) is a paradise for dogs. Five, bright stars!
Wendy is the most loving caring animal lover. She is unconditional with her care and patience. Meets animals needs to the fullest. Extra care and love and then some. When she worked a corporate job in office, she made sure to always leave music playing for her pups to help keep them company. I definitely feel comfortable leaving my fur babies with Wendy!

As an artist who works from home, I’m here and available throughout the day to give your dog personalized care and attention. Whether it’s backyard playtime, belly rubs, or a quiet nap in a shady spot, I’m just a few steps away. Your pup won’t be left alone or crated for hours.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. My home has a large, secure yard for supervised play and plenty of room to roam. Indoors, there’s a dedicated space with soft cushions, fresh water, and lots of natural light for rest and downtime. I only accept a small number of dogs at a time to make sure everyone feels safe, seen, and loved. With Clyde as a mellow companion and me as their attentive host, your dog will have a stress-free stay that feels like home.

A typical day
We've got toys, balls, agility sets, and swimming pools to have a good ole time in our huge backyard, originally named Wiener Dog Park, for our two little wiener dogs that have since passed. I take frequent breaks to go out and play with the pups.
