I like to know what kind of needs your pet requires upfront so I can make sure their needs are taken into consideration during our time together. Especially for senior pets, if there’s medications that they need or certain injuries that require more attention to, I would like to know ahead of time. How your pet is around other pets or people is also important.
A typical day
I like to play fetch with dogs to get the exercise in that they need. Dogs have their usual route that they like to go on so I’m happy to let the dog take me where he likes to be walked to but if there’s anywhere that it’s worth exploring like a dog park, I’m also happy to take the dog there too.

I’ve owned a cat and a dog for 8 years but I have experience taking care of young to senior pets for 15 years through looking after family and friends’ pets. This includes giving them medications and tending to their needs. My dog unfortunately passed away due to kidney failure and although I don’t have a dog anymore, I still miss and enjoy being around dogs. I have helped friends and family house sat their pets and enjoy giving them the attention and affection they need. I am friendly, kind and patient with pets of different sizes, personalities and kinds. I am an avid dog walker who enjoys walking multiple times a day.

Wendy is easy going to talk to. She also gets along with my dog well. She accommodated my last minute request to watch my dog and my dog had a pleasant stay with her while I was away for work. Lots of communication and photos throughout the whole time I was away. She’s very professional!
Wendy saved us as we had to leave last minute and she was very accommodating. She asked really good questions about our cat before coming over to make sure she was prepared.
