I typically put Yari in a kennel and when I pick up her she is happy to see me but it BURSTING of energy like some sort of wild animal. When I picked her up from Wendy's she was happy to see me, but not in a wild crazy dog way. Happy, jumpy, but not wild. She was clearly more relaxed while still very happy to see me. It was really nice to see the difference in picking her up from Wendy's vs a kennel. I can tell she enjoyed her time.
COMPLETE BLESSING 😀 we decided to spend Christmas out of town and head to Reno this year. Long story short, we get a call the day of our trip from a local pet resort, that was already reserved and paid for, that they needed to have a meet a greet and then schedule daycare first... In a panic, we searched resorts,hotels, babysitters, and started to check Rover. I came across Wendy's profile who look beyond perfect. Since it was Christmas, everywhere was either closed or booked. Wendy responded immediately close to midnight, and reassured me she can take Lucy for the 4 days!! It was more than perfect !! It was home style daycare. Where dogs can hang out INSIDE no crates no kennels but on their furniture and Lucy even slept in their bed!!! She came from. The pound so I my biggest worry is her thinking we brought her back by being in a kennel for the week. I had zero worries, got updated with the most comforting pictures. She also has a place that is pretty secluded and not the facility feel to it. She arranged late pick up past my pick up time and I wish we had her here back home to utilize when needed!! I lucked out and could not recommend a more relaxed fun environment. I loved the sleeping arrangements! It was just like home. She got to go where she wanted. She also had other regular dogs there to play with that she joined the pack with and slept with. Wendy's place has been beyond the best place, resort, daycare, I have ever experienced for my dog. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I have two dogs that love to have other fur friends over to play. We have a big fenced yard and also love to go on walks.
