Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs my entire life, my family often has 1-3 golden retrievers living with us. I’ve been petting sitting for family and friends since high school and I currently have a 14 month old golden retriever. I’ve participated in dog/puppy training classes, worked as a veterinary assistant, and trust Rover for my own crazy pup.

Wendy has taken care of our dogs for years. We have some big goofy golden retrievers who think Wendybis their actual sister. She always has a smile, kind word, pat, rub and or kiss for them, that is if their tails stop wagging. She takes them in walks to use up some of their boundless energy. She plays with them when they want attention and is gentle with them when it’s time to settle down. She has prior experience as a vet tech, so we feel completely comfortable with her caring for our beloved fur babies.
Wendy is a natural when it comes to caring for pets. She grew up with 4 golden retrievers and now is the proud mommy of a 1 year old golden puppy. She loves her dogs unconditionally and knows how to handle all types of dogs and pets. I would highly recommend her and trust her to care for anyone’s pets.

A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks for exercise and a chance for mental stimulation. I enjoy simple walks through the neighborhood but also would be interested in going to a state park to walk in new areas as well.

I am about to start a new job that is 8-4:30, so I’m looking to help walk or stop by in the evening on week days and anytime on weekends.
