A typical day
I'll let your cat decide what we do! I know that not all cats are comfortable with new people or want to interact. We can play, cuddle, or I can just keep them company. One of my favourite things to do with cats who are standoffish is to read to them.

I recently moved to Ottawa from Mississauga, where I had the pleasure of caring for many wonderful cats through Rover. I've been looking after cats for more than 20 years, both as a pet owner and a trusted cat sitter. I'm committed to providing a positive and calm experience for every cat in my care.

Wendy was amazingly understanding of Lucy's behavior and needs. Lucy seemed to warm up to her well, which is huge accomplishment.
This was our first time using Rover, so naturally we were a little worried at the beginning. However, from our initial meeting with Wendy, we knew she would be a great and dependable sitter for our cat. For the week we were away, I looked forward to her detailed updates and saw that our cat warmed up to Wendy almost immediately - and he is a tough critic! I cannot recommend Wendy enough and would be happy to have her take care of S’mores again.
