We play catch with a ball, frisbee, or other toys the dog parents have available. For cats, we play with a dangling toy to engage them, esp. if they have a tube toy with openings to hide in. Weve had some kittens that will actually return a toy to us that weve thrown to them, just like a dog. Its all very entertaining to us as well.

note: we are open to negotiation on rates. Also we are open to travel greater distances fo rlonger inHouse Sits . I had a Black Lab for 14 wonderful years and a Lhaso Apso mix for 13 years. Have had a succession of felines. Retired, so no work schedule obligations. We are new to Rover but we have extensive pet/housesit (2010-present) testimonials on external sites that we will provide. From 1 week to 10 mth lengths.

Wendy and Dennis are great! We have two golden puppies, who are a little crazy! I know that they will get great care form Wendy and Dennis, and I feel at ease knowing that they will be caring for them. I would highly recommend them!!
Dennis and Wendy Beaupre took care of our place in Prescott for the winter a few years ago. We would love to have them again. All the animals were well cared for including a chicken flock, two horses and two big dogs, which were walked daily. The house was left very clean and small repairs or problems were handled efficiently as they arose. I'm so glad I found Dennis & Wendy to house sit while I was away over Christmas. I was gone for almost 4 weeks and felt very comfortable the whole time that our pets were being looked after. They treated them like their own, and weren't put off at all by the face that we had 4 cats, including two, 5-month old newly-adopted kittens, and a dog (who became very attached to Dennis!) I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to leave their home in the safe hands of reliable house sitters, and hope to have them back for future house-sits.
