I bring extensive hands-on experience to pet sitting, having grown up with a variety of animals, including bunnies, parakeets, and mostly dogs. My lifelong love for animals has given me valuable insight into their care and behavior. I’ve also assisted with delivering two litters of puppies, further deepening my knowledge. For the past 3 years, I’ve cared for pets while having worked as a nanny and babysitter, refining my ability to offer personalized, attentive care for dogs of all ages and needs! In addition, I’ve trained my own dogs in various tricks and commands, combining my passion for animals with a practical skill set to ensure your pets receive both excellent care and enrichment. 😊

We love Wendy! She did such an amazing job caring for our pups and communicating with us regularly. We loved all the photos she sent and our dogs had the best time. Wendy was an amazing dog sitter! This was our first time using Rover and were a bit hesitant, but she put us at ease and took great care of our pups. Frequent check ins and pictures throughout her stay. Our one pup who is afraid of strangers loved her too. Will definitely reach out to her again in the future and recommend her to anyone else looking for the best dog sitter.
Wendy house/dog sat for us for a weekend away and was AMAZING!! She was so responsive and easy peasy to work with! Only icing on the cake that my pup loved her.
Wendy was exceptional! I don’t like boarding my senior dog because he can get depressed and not eat. I just needed someone who could come hang out with him and give him a couple of walks a day. Wendy did just that and he responded to get well. Our house was also in the exact way we left it. I recommend Wendy.
Wendy watched our two dogs this weekend at our house while we were out of town and she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly communicative and kept us in the loop throughout the weekend with everything that was going on. She made us feel so comfortable having someone at our home who was so responsible and excited to be around our dogs! We will definitely be using Wendy for future dog sitting needs. Highly recommend!

I graduated from Texas State University in December 2024 and have been enjoying a little break before fully diving into a career in my field. In the meantime, I work part-time as a coffee barista, with a generally consistent schedule that may occasionally change. I also participate in pageants from time to time, which can add some fun variety to my week! Despite these commitments, I always make pet care a priority. I’m happy to adjust my schedule to ensure your furry friends receive the attention and love they deserve. I just ask for a little notice in advance so I can plan accordingly and give your pets the best possible care while respecting your time. 🤍

I’ve always been attentive and compassionate when caring for my own pets, and I bring that same level of dedication to every pet I look after. I make it a priority to fully understand each pet’s unique needs, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m vigilant about their health, feeding schedules, playtime, and any special care requirements they may have. I treat each pet as if they were my own, providing the same level of attention and care I would want for my own fur baby. My goal is to offer peace of mind to pet owners, knowing their pets are in trustworthy and compassionate hands!
A typical day
I love to keep pets active and engaged, so walks around parks, trails, or even just exploring the neighborhood are always part of the routine! Socializing with other pets and enjoying outdoor adventures is something I would regularly do with my own, and I’m more than happy to do the same for yours—unless there are special needs or accommodations to consider. I’m always flexible and will tailor activities to suit your pet's preferences and energy levels. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more energetic outing, I’ll ensure your furry friend has a fun and fulfilling time!
