I am currently working full time at Stockton Animal Shelter Friday to Monday 8AM-6:30PM. My brother and father will be 24/7 home looking after the pups. When I am not home, my family will take over and supervise the pups at home. We been working together as I have began my Rover journey.

Breeds do not matter for me, so long as they don't attack people. Because I don't want my family to get hurts. I would like to know what things I can feed the dogs and how much should I feed them, what does the dog like to play, can I pet or hug the dog, how long should I walk the dog, can the dog stay by themselves, can I put the dog in my yard, how's the dog's temper. Besides, I would like to know more about the dog from their owners.

I usually walk around my house, there is a huge grass area in front of my house, and I also go on the horse tracks which is all the way down the hill. I will run with the dogs, play toys with them and pet them if they let me!

I hope I can always provide the best care for all the cuties. I believe dogs have different personalities and their owners kept them in a certain way. I will make sure that I remember all the caring tricks, then I can provide the right carings. I have adopted a German Shepherd since August 5th, 2018, and she is 6 months old now. She is growing very healthy and happy. Normally I will play with her every day for at least 2 hours and we will explore the outside together. She is more than 50 lbs, and always very enthusiastic, her energy always makes me want to be positive like her. With animals, I never feel stress, and to be around with dogs is the best therapy. Also, I am volunteering in an animal shelter, there are many tasks I can work on, I can walk dogs, groom the dogs or I can set a stow into the kennel, sit there and chat with the dogs.

⚠️Long review warning⚠️ xD: Weilin & her family are wonderful sitters. I have a female Rottweiler that was supposed to be with a different sitter who had experience with Rottweilers but that sitter had poor communication skills & after not hearing back from that sitter for 5 days straight after promising to take care of Luna, I was forced to rush into another sitter or cancel my trip that was 3 days away. I went down my list of sitters I was considering & messaging all of them back to back & Weilin responded to my urgent call within 3 minutes. Every sitter I was considering, I read & reread their descriptions enough times that I could remember each one so when Weilin messaged me back willing to help, I was excited because I remembered I really liked what I read in her description about her working at an animal shelter. The only reason she wasn’t my first choice was because even though I love how she works at an animal shelter because that tells me everything I need to know, she has to have her dad & brother help out while she’s at work which would otherwise be fine but my Rottweiler Luna has a history of disliking men. She would violently bark at men at first sight but allow women & children to pet her.. so I was concerned for that reason as I would feel absolutely horrible if my Luna had physically harmed her family in any way. I nervously proceeded with the meet & greet & just as I thought, Luna warmed up to her quickly. Weilin showed her skills immediately upon introduction as she demonstrated pet training techniques to help ease Luna into trusting her. I felt it was safe to assume she had taught the same methods to her brother & father so I proceeded with the booking & paid to make it official. Getting cold feet, I read her reviews & found someone with a furbaby who shares my Luna’s personality trait of not trusting men & it went well & after reading that, I felt comfortable & much more at ease as they have also had cared for Doberman before. The day I dropped her off to Weilin & her family, her dad came out & met her too & before I even left, he was able to take her on a leash & be alone with her. Luna had trusted Weilin & her father enough to be alone with them, play with them & be pet by them without me constantly encouraging her that these people are friends. By the time I left, I knew 100% that I had left her in good hands & was no longer paranoid that Luna would mistreat Weilin’s father & brother. I was updated with pictures & videos of her playing with Luna & within the 3 days out of the 5 days I was gone, she already had Luna around other big dogs, including the breeds she would usually have instant beef with. Luna would be shy in dog parks & stay near me & would bark at most large dog breeds during walks so it was cool to see updates of her near dogs her size, even if she wasn’t playing with them. Within the same amount of time, Luna was eating regularly as well as she would sometimes stop eating when I’m not there, even when my sister who she loves so much babysat her for me for about 10days. This was my first time leaving Luna with a babysitter at their house as my sister, parents or friends of the family would be her usual sitters staying with her or checking up on her every few hours but all at her house, never her sitter’s house. I joined Rover for this family trip so not just Rover, but boarding a dog in a sitter’s house was all entirely new to Luna & I but Weilin & her family were an excellent choice to give us our first experience. By the time I picked Luna up, I could tell she already saw Weilin as her new bestie & Weilin loved Luna already as well. This was a special experience for all of us as Weilin & her family have never taken care of a Rottweiler through Rover before so everything going so well was refreshing for everyone. I 100% recommend Weilin & her family to every type of furbaby parent & I will 100% be bringing Luna to hang out with them the next time I need a sitter. Weilin was everything I needed her to be. I absolutely loved giving my business to her. <3
Weilin made our first experience with Rover an effortless one. She made quick and clear communications before, during, and while ending the boarding service she provided for our 2 dogs. Weilin sent many pictures throughout their stay and gave several text updates, as well. We will definitely be seeking her dog services as needed in the furture and suggest you do, too!

Had Zeus for the weekend and did an amazing job! She was able to slowly have Zeus interact with her own dogs and sent videos throughout the day . Will book with her again
