I work remotely, which allows me to dedicate a lot of time and attention to the dogs in my care. My schedule is flexible, and I’m home most of the time, with only two in-office days per month. On those rare occasions, my partner steps in to ensure the dogs are still well cared for and comfortable. Daily routines like walks, feeding, training, and playtime are built into my day—it’s all part of a calm, consistent rhythm that keeps the dogs happy and relaxed.

Safety, trust & environment
At home, I provide a clean, safe, and sunny space for dogs to relax and play. The kitchen area connects to a bright sunroom where they can enjoy plenty of natural light throughout the day. I use gates to separate the kitchen and living room, creating a safe, open layout. The space is kept spotless—I clean at least twice daily and regularly change pads to ensure hygiene and comfort. Two fans keep the area well-ventilated during warmer days. From 8 AM to midnight, the garden is open for supervised play. It’s completely dog-safe, free of weeds, and filled with pet-friendly plants and a flower bed for sensory enrichment. There’s even a 1.6-meter dog pool where pups can splash around freely in warm weather! We also enjoy outings to nearby dog-friendly parks like Greenwich Park and East Greenwich Pleasaunce. Whether we’re training, relaxing, or exploring, I make sure every dog feels cared for, stimulated, and right at home. Before any stay, I always take time to get to know each dog’s habits, needs, and comfort level in new environments. I believe a good first meeting helps ensure a smooth and happy boarding experience for both the dog and their human.

A typical day
I pay close attention to both the mental and physical well-being of dogs, and I believe safety always comes first. That’s why I check on their health every morning and evening. My partner and I are home all day, so we’re able to provide constant care and attention. Greenwich is a great place for dogs — within a 1km radius, we have three dog parks, so there’s almost always an opportunity to take them out for walks. Our neighborhood is also very dog-friendly, with five dogs living nearby. We regularly play games with the dogs, and if needed, we can also provide basic training such as recall, following, and scent-based activities. To emphasize again — we take dog safety very seriously. We’re committed to offering the best environment and care, treating every dog with the same love and attention as our own

Pet care experience
With DBS check, As a devoted dog parent to my golden retriever puppy, Lion, I’ve gained hands-on experience in training and emotional care. I follow daily routines based on professional guidance and take a thoughtful, individualized approach to every dog’s needs. One experience that truly shaped me as a sitter was helping an 8-month-old Maltipoo with severe separation anxiety and self-harming behavior. His owner often traveled for work, so the dog struggled with being left alone. I knew that creating a sense of safety and consistency was key. We started with nighttime crate training and a playpen to gently introduce boundaries and security. I spent a lot of time simply being present—offering quiet companionship and reassurance. Lion, my own pup, would lie beside him as he slept, which helped him feel less alone. Over time, as he grew more confident and relaxed, I gradually transitioned him to a semi-open crate, and eventually, he and my other two dogs were able to live together peacefully in an open shared space. This process taught me how powerful patient, loving presence can be. I deeply respect each dog’s emotional world, and I always tailor my care to help them feel safe, supported, and happy—whether they’re energetic puppies, nervous newcomers, or gentle seniors.
Reviews

I couldn’t recommend Lee highly enough! He looked after my dog, Gromit, from May 29th to June 8th, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care he provided. It was a late booking, but he was still very accommodating and accepted without any fuss. Throughout Gromit’s stay, I received daily updates with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I was able to enjoy the holiday knowing that my pet is in safe capable hands. The facilities were excellent, there’s gated sections placed inside the property to make sure the dogs have a safe space to be introduced. They also have a lovely spacious garden! Their lovely dog, Lion, is such a lovely retriever and kept Gromit company as well. Gromit can be very excitable, but he handled him brilliantly! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter.

Sausage had an amazing time and we got lots of photos to ease our minds while we were away. Lion and Sausage were great friends, we will 100% be setting up more times for them to play together again. Highly recommended sitters - A* care
Very good experience

Wei was very flexible on the timings around the booking, gave plenty of great photo and video updates and took great care of Luna. Hope that Luna can go ti stay again!
