Cat Sitting & Drop-In Visits

Cat sitting and drop-in visits in Elk Grove Village and nearby suburbs. I'm a cat mom and cat-care specialist—the sitter cat owners call for shy kittens, senior cats, and cats who need medication. A recent client called me "hands down the best cat care professional we've had." I follow a detailed daily checklist, send photos/videos plus a written summary after every visit, and leave your home tidy: bowls washed, litter area swept, food and litter trash taken out. I know the feeling of standing at the door with your suitcase, looking back at your pet, wondering if they'll be okay. Here's why you can stop worrying: my cat Wall-E came to me feral. He trusted no one. Today he walks on a leash, comes when I call him, and asks for cuddles. That's the skill I bring to cats: reading body language, respecting fear instead of pushing through it, and letting your cat set the pace. Shy, anxious, reactive, or "difficult with strangers" cats aren't difficult to me. Trust earned slowly is the kind that lasts. Your cat won't be squeezed between errands. I work from home, so cat care is already the shape of my mornings and evenings. Drop-in visits, daily feeding schedules, medication visits, and vacation care fit naturally into my day—and I don't book back-to-back visits that leave your cat rushed. The details matter to me because they matter to your cat. Exact feeding routines, portion sizes, prescription diets, medication timing, the bowl that has to be in that one spot, the hiding spot your shy cat prefers: I follow your instructions to the letter, not approximately. Litter boxes are scooped every visit, water is refreshed, and I pay attention while I do it, because changes in appetite, water intake, or bathroom habits are often the first sign something's off. You know your cat best. My job is to keep their world exactly the way you built it. And if the worst-case scenario in your head ever became real: I'm CERT emergency-response trained through our village police department. I handle medications, supplements, and senior-cat health monitoring calmly and precisely. You'd have someone who acts first and panics never. I'm cat-first, but I also offer limited dog drop-ins and walks on request. If you're traveling and need cat-first drop-in care, message me with your dates and your cat's needs—I'm happy to answer questions before you book.

Warda is an amazing pet sitter! She took care of my cats, Oliver and Yasmine for a week. She treated them as if they her own, giving them lots of attention, affection and excellent care, despite Oliver is very shy and he stayed hidden. Being away from my pets can be stressful, but knowing they were with someone so trustworthy made all the difference, Communication was excellent and I felt completely confident that my pets were safe and well cared. I am very thankful for the care, attention and professionalism she provided and I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Warda is exceptional!!! Hands down the best cat care professional we’ve had. We’ll trust her with all of our pets in the future. She checked on our 19-year-old cat and pilled him twice per day. She played with him, groomed him, and measured his activity. She developed an intricate daily checklist, contacted us with any out of the ordinary info and observations, washed bowls and utensils, took out cat food and litter trash, vacuumed stray litter, and left things neat and organized. Wonderful, responsive communication and planning. We are in awe and were so relaxed during our week away. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe how we feel about our experience with Warda.

To put it simply Warda is amazing! She comes prepared when you do a meet and greet with her, prior to an official booking. She has a checklist of questions and gives you knowledge, since she is a cat mom herself. When she is taking care of your fur baby, she updates you with every visit and sends pictures, videos, and a very thorough summary of what happened during her visit. She offers to tidy up the house before you come back from your break as well. She is very observant (for example she got my cat Milo a water dispenser since she noticed I didn’t have one). Overall she is a very thoughtful, welcoming, and knowledgeable person and I know that Milo enjoyed having her around. Don’t hesitate booking with Warda, you won’t regret it!

You will not go wrong if you choose Warda. I left my young, shy kitten & came home to her being outgoing, talkative & more playful. Warda is a cat mom & treated my cat as her own. She also found ways to capitalize on the drop-in time for entertainment as it was my cat's time to be left alone without me being there. I know my cat missed me as she hasn't let me out of her sight since my coming home and that warms my heart.

Every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, so the more I know beforehand, the better I can care for them.
