Cat Mom Who Leash-Walks Her Cats

I know the feeling of standing at the door with your suitcase, looking back at your pet, wondering if they’ll be okay. My job is to make sure that the moment you close that door, you stop worrying. Here’s why you can: my cat Wall-E came to me feral. He trusted no one. Today he walks on a leash, comes when I call him, and asks for cuddles. That’s the skill I bring to every animal in my care, cat or dog: reading body language, respecting fear instead of pushing through it, and letting your pet set the pace. Shy, anxious, reactive, or “difficult with strangers” pets aren’t difficult to me. Trust earned slowly is the kind that lasts. Your pet won’t be squeezed between errands. I work from home, so animal care is already the shape of my mornings and evenings. Drop-in visits, midday potty breaks and check-ins, walks, daily feeding schedules, and extended stays all fit naturally into my day. The details matter to me because they matter to your pet. Exact feeding routines, portion sizes, prescription diets, the walking route your dog knows, the bowl that has to be in that one spot: I follow your instructions to the letter, not approximately. Litter boxes are scooped every visit, yards are checked, and I pay attention while I do it, because changes in appetite or bathroom habits are often the first sign something’s off. You know your pet best. My job is to keep their world exactly the way you built it. And if the worst-case scenario in your head ever became real: I’m CERT emergency-response trained through our village police department. I handle medications, supplements, and senior-pet health monitoring calmly and precisely. You’d have someone who acts first and panics never. You’ll never have to wonder how it’s going. Daily photos and videos come standard, and every stay ends with a personalized touch.

To put it simply Warda is amazing! She comes prepared when you do a meet and greet with her, prior to an official booking. She has a checklist of questions and gives you knowledge, since she is a cat mom herself. When she is taking care of your fur baby, she updates you with every visit and sends pictures, videos, and a very thorough summary of what happened during her visit. She offers to tidy up the house before you come back from your break as well. She is very observant (for example she got my cat Milo a water dispenser since she noticed I didn’t have one). Overall she is a very thoughtful, welcoming, and knowledgeable person and I know that Milo enjoyed having her around. Don’t hesitate booking with Warda, you won’t regret it!

You will not go wrong if you choose Warda. I left my young, shy kitten & came home to her being outgoing, talkative & more playful. Warda is a cat mom & treated my cat as her own. She also found ways to capitalize on the drop-in time for entertainment as it was my cat's time to be left alone without me being there. I know my cat missed me as she hasn't let me out of her sight since my coming home and that warms my heart.

Every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, so the more I know beforehand, the better I can care for them. Please let me know about any medications, fears, favorite toys or treats, commands, quirks, hiding spots, feeding routines, or anything that helps your pet feel safe and happy. I love getting to know each pet as an individual and will tailor every visit to what works best for them. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
