Wanyue is a wonderful and trustworthy pet caregiver! She took such great care of my dog, Java, and treated him with so much love, patience, and attention. I felt completely comfortable knowing Java was in her care. She is responsible, dependable, and genuinely loves animals. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Fifi to look after Ralph and Leo while we were away! From the very first conversation, she was communicative, organized, and clearly a genuine animal lover, which put our minds at ease immediately. Fifi stayed at our place for the full duration of our trip, and she treated our home like her own. She fed Ralph and Leo on time, every time, following their exact routine without us having to worry about a thing. She also made a real effort to play with them regularly, so they never seemed bored or anxious — when we got home, both cats were relaxed, happy, and clearly hadn't missed a beat. One thing that really stood out was how she handled the messier parts of cat-sitting. At one point one of the cats vomited, and instead of just doing the bare minimum, Fifi cleaned it up thoroughly and made sure the house stayed spotless the entire time we were gone. She also kept up with the litter box consistently, so we came home to a clean, fresh-smelling house instead of the usual "just got back from vacation" mess. Beyond the practical stuff, you could tell Fifi genuinely cared about Ralph and Leo's wellbeing — she sent updates and photos, and it was obvious she wasn't just checking boxes but actually bonding with them. It gave us so much peace of mind to know they were in such good hands while we were away. We'll absolutely be booking Fifi again for our next trip, and we recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring sitter for their pets.

Fifi is our go-to sitter for our 6 year old dog Louis. She has watched him for over 2 weeks at a time and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was with her. She is incredibly attentive and has a natural ability to meet each dog where they are. She pays attention to their personality cues and lets them tell her what they need. She also went above and beyond for Louis. When I miscalculated how much food he would need for one stay and he ran out, she asked me how I prepared his food, went shopping at the market and cooked for him rather than letting me worry about figuring it out from afar. Most importantly, I know that when Louis is with her, he isn’t simply being “watched.” He is being genuinely cared for by someone who is patient, responsible, observant, and kind. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog.

Fifi has taken care of Adai (orange tabby) and Noodle (golden doodle) multiple times, and we’ve always had a great experience with her. We’ve had her watch them both at our home and at hers, and Adai annd Noodle always seem happy and well taken care of. Fifi is very patient, caring, and attentive. Both Adai and Noodle really like her, and Noodle gets especially excited whenever she sees Fifi again! It’s clear that they feel comfortable with her. We’ve become repeat clients and will definitely continue booking with Fifi in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to look after their pets!
