I work from home, and do a minimum of 3 walks a day (depending on the weather) for a minimum of 6 miles per day. Additionally, I can take breaks at any given time if they need to go out or play for a few minutes. Our pets are never left alone for less than 30 minutes per day, and usually it’s them taking a break from us.

Bandit, our husky, is very calm and passive. He doesn’t bark and is used to puppy energy and elderly wisdom. Ladybug is super playful and very snuggly. She loves to play ball and can share toys and sticks.
A typical day
I usually wake up around 5.30 am to do the morning walk of the dogs, minimum 3 miles. I take one to two 15 minute breaks to let the dogs out in the backyard before lunch, then i do a 30 minute walk with them at lunchtime. In the afternoon i take two breaks to let the dogs out in the backyard, and take a long evening walk after dinner. I don’t mind waking up at night if a puppy is still getting house trained!

Pet care experience
I volunteered at animal shelters in Antibes and Beziers (both in France), working with a lot of different breeds and ages. From puppies to elderly dogs; i adjusted to the needs of dogs. I even fostered a german shepherd that was abused and malnourished, until he found a living family that lived on a farm. I am present for dogs and know that each dog needs special care and attention. My goal is to ensure parents of furry children can go in trips and vacations without concerns.
Reviews

Walter was amazing with Auggie for the ten days we were on holiday. He constantly kept us in the loop on how he was doing and sent lots of pictures and videos so we wouldn’t worry. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, loving home away from home for their pups.

Walter and his family took great care of our Freddy! Walter was communicating, sending pics and overall just making sure Freddy is safe and happy. Will definitely recommend and will be using his services again.
I cannot recommend Walter and his family enough. They were exceptional with our two dogs. I felt relaxed and at ease knowing they were well taken care of. Each dog is unique and mine are no different - but I felt like he took the time to understand their quirks. They got so much love and treats!! I will absolutely use Walter again, and I would recommend to anyone!

Walter and family were wonderful with our puppy! She loved the backyard and long walks. Walter sent lots of pictures and it was great to see Maggie having a blast with Walter’s dogs. Absolutely will book again in a heartbeat!
