Wai Pou and her family are absolutely amazing! This was our second time booking with them, and this time it was for a much longer trip, so we really got to see how consistent and reliable their care is. They took wonderful care of our French bulldog, Azula, treating her like part of the family from the moment we dropped her off. What really stands out is the communication — they sent tons of pictures and updates throughout the entire stay, which made being away so much easier. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and love the dogs they watch. We came home to a happy, well-loved pup and zero worries. Highly, highly recommend Wai Pou and her family to anyone looking for a sitter they can fully trust!
I have nothing but kind and amazing words to say about Wai Pou and her family. As Miya, my dog, has anxiety at times from meeting new people, Wai Pou, Victor, and the kids made her feel right at home. With around the clock care, she was able to receive so much attention from the family. I have never met such a family that has had great patience and love for my dog since I’ve moved to the city and have always worried about who can provide such quality care and effort for my Velcro pet baby. However, I can confidently say that Wai Pou has the qualities that any pet parent is looking for to provide exceptional skills to watch your pet baby whether it being short or long term. Thank you, again Wai Pou, Victor, and the kids for providing my dog the love and attention while I was away.
