Availability
I work remotely with flexible hours, which allows me to accommodate dog walking requests throughout the day. Because of this flexibility, I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet your dog’s routine — whether that’s a consistent midday walk, morning exercise, or an evening outing. I intentionally maintain a manageable schedule so I can give each dog my full attention rather than rushing between appointments. Reliability and punctuality are very important to me, and I’m committed to being consistent and dependable for both you and your dog. If you have specific timing needs, I’m happy to coordinate and create a routine that works best for you.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently focus exclusively on dog walking so I can provide structured, attentive, and safety-first care during every visit. My approach is calm, patient, and highly observant. Through my shelter volunteer training, I’ve learned proper leash handling, situational awareness, and how to read canine body language to prevent overstimulation or unsafe interactions. I always prioritize: • Secure harness and leash checks before every walk • Awareness of surroundings and avoidance of unsafe situations • Adjusting pace and route based on the dog’s comfort level • Positive reinforcement and calm guidance When walking dogs from a client’s home, I treat their space with the same respect and care as my own. Clear communication, punctuality, and reliability are extremely important to me. At this time, I do not have a dog of my own due to housing limitations. However, this allows me to fully dedicate my time and attention to the dogs I work with. As I build trusted relationships with both dogs and their owners, I may consider expanding services in the future. My goal is simple: every dog feels safe, understood, and happy on our walks.

Pet care experience
Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — I grew up with several dogs, which taught me early on that every dog has a unique personality, pace, and emotional need. Beyond personal experience, I am a trained volunteer at my local dog shelter. During onboarding, I received hands-on training in dog handling, leash control, safety protocols, and understanding canine behavior. Through this experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments — including anxious dogs, strong pullers, shy rescues, and high-energy breeds. One of the skills that truly sets me apart is my ability to read a dog’s body language. I pay close attention to posture, tail movement, ear positioning, eye contact, and subtle behavioral cues to understand how a dog is feeling. This allows me to respond calmly, adjust pace or environment when needed, and make each walk feel safe and positive. What differentiates me: • Certified and shelter-trained in dog handling • Confident, structured, and safety-focused walking style • Experience with diverse temperaments and rescue dogs • Calm presence that helps dogs feel secure • Lifelong dog lover who genuinely enjoys being around them For me, dog walking isn’t just exercise — it’s about creating a safe, structured, and enjoyable experience where your dog feels understood and cared for.
