Kids and animals make me happy!! I'm a retired preschool teacher trying to expand my business. I grew up on a farm right here in little old Plant City so I'm used to being around animals. Started pet sitting for my daughter's business, The Pup Scholar, during the pandemic and I love it! Whether I'm at your house or mine you will get picture updates of your pets 2 times per day. You can see what kind of day your fur babies are having.

Vonna is an absolute gem. I was away for 10 days and knew from the moment I left that Beaux was in the best hands. What gave me the most peace of mind wasn't just knowing he was safe, it was knowing he actually liked her. For anyone who has an older dog, you know that means everything. Vonna is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. I came home to a happy, healthy pup, and that says it all. She will always be my first call.
I have an elderly dog and he has really bonded with Vonna, it creates an environment where I don’t have to worry when I am away and it really makes a difference.
Vonna was amazing. She kept me updated on her schedule, showed up when she said she would, and even tracked my flight to make sure my dog was safe in case I got delayed. She was so professional and well-prepared for anything. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was in letting me know how my dog was doing while I was away. I came home to a happy pup and a clean house. I highly recommend Vonna and will definitely be reaching out to her again for future trips.
Vonna took care of my Minnie with love and lots of attention! She kept me updated daily on how things were going and sent photos every day of my baby 🥰 I will definitely use her again.

Schedule
I'm retired, so my schedule is pretty flexible!! I'm available most days, and nights. I would love to hang out with some cute, lovable fur babies!! I do have a part-time job, so I may need to leave your home for 6-7 hours some days. That schedule can vary each week, but mostly Tuesday through Friday.

I live in a 55+ mobile home community so your fur babies will get lots of love when we go on walks. I do sometimes foster so my neighbors look forward to seeing whose at my house now. I have a medium size crate if your pet is crate trained and prefers that when I need to go to work. If I stay at your house I will take care of it like it was my own. If I'm there all week I'll check the mail, put the garbage out, bring in deliveries,etc., just make me a list. I will also clean up (change the sheets, sweep, vacuum, etc.) before I leave so you won't even know I've been there.
A typical day
I love going on walks. Dogs need extra stimulation with their little noses. Going on a sniffari is a great way to do that! It is all about them and their time exploring outside. I also love doing enrichments with them that encourage the use of their natural instincts. If your fur baby is food oriented there are lots of ways to play hide and seek with it to encourage that natural curiosity.
