Vivienne has been absolutely amazing with my dog Nelson — and that is no small task! Nelson is a very temperamental toy poodle with plenty of attitude and questionable manners, but Vivienne handled him with such patience, kindness, and humour. It gave me huge peace of mind knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. She truly understood his personality quirks and made him feel comfortable and loved despite his diva tendencies. I recently moved to London and currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to focus on pet care. I’m not working at the moment, so I can easily plan my day around walks, visits, and sitting. I also live in a house with a large garden, which is a calm and suitable environment for pets.
