Hi Y'all! My partner and I live with our sweet and silly Labrador mutt, Lazlo, in South Austin. I work part time while attending school online, so I spend most of my days at home, with lots of spare time for sitting. We have a fully fenced in yard, located in a very walkable neighborhood. We love slow sniffy walks in this household, and can offer plenty of fetch sessions in the backyard. I have been a Rover sitter for 11 years now, and also grew up with lots of dogs. I am familiar with all kinds of breeds and personalities, and I'm always looking for a good playmate for Lazlo. He loves meeting new friends! In the past, I’ve had experience with house breaking puppies, as well as caring for elderly blind dogs. I’ve even worked with a very special deaf puppy! We often host repeat clients, and only host up to 2 dogs at a time, if both dogs are well socialized. If you prefer your dog be the only one (besides Lazlo) during their stay, we are happy to accommodate. I can’t say enough about Vivien, best experience I have had on Rover. I had a last minute family emergency and had to leave town for a week. Vivien agreed to take my two 60lb mutts with short notice. She invited me in her home when I went to drop them off and got to meet her super friendly Lab. She sent me pictures and videos daily and provided updates on how they were doing. It was such a huge relief knowing my pups were so well taken care of. She has a nice backyard and also took my dogs for walks daily. Vivien would be my first choice for any future dog care needs.
Vivien took great care of my doggo for a weekend boarding. Lazlo is a sweetheart and my dog had a great time with plenty of pets. Vivien also made sure to send lots of updates and pictures.
Vivien did an excellent job watching my two dogs, one of which is very energetic and the other on the timid side. They quickly seemed right at home with her and I had no doubt leaving them with her for a long weekend. Would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a dog sitter.
Vivien cared for our two elderly dogs for the weekend and managed to beautifully wrangle them along with her own energetic dog. We will definitely book her again!

Schedule
*I work part time while attending school online, so I am only away from home for up to 3-4 hours on the weekdays, with full availability on weekends.

*Our fenced backyard offers a safe and secure place to romp around, and our neighborhood is low traffic full of many wonderful sniffs. Please let me know what your dog's preferred walking schedule is, or if they prefer just the yard.

When we are not running around the backyard or taking neighborhood walks, we love to hike the Greenbelt trails in the evenings, or on weekends, if weather permits.
