Vivien and her partner took wonderful care of our fur baby and loved her like their own. They were very accommodating with last minute tweaks and supportive of our travel plans during a delicate time in our lives. It was great to know that our Lola was well looked after.
Vivien was amazing with our dog, Nelly! She kept us updated with lots of photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Nelly loved the long walks around the pond and had a great time with Vivien’s dog, Digby. We came home to a happy, sleepy pup — couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend Vivien and will definitely rebook next time we’re away! ❤️🐾
I have used Rover before in the past and this is my best experience yet. Vivien is careful and listened to what we needed. She didn’t just take care of him physically, but constantly updated us with pictures and comments about how he was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet caregiver.
