Viviana has been our dog walker for almost a year, and she has been extremely dependable, trustworthy, and caring. From the moment I met her, I knew she would be a wonderful fit for our family. My dog is a pure bred therapy dog and requires special handling during walks, and Viviana has done an excellent job using her dog-handling skills to make walks calm and helping to minimize pulling on the leash. She has taught me a few tips as well! She is patient, attentive, and clearly understands dogs very well. One thing I especially appreciate is that Viviana checks in with me each week to go over the schedule and communicate about anything needed.
