I work as an education specialist, mostly remotely but sometimes on-site, so I'm home for most of the day, which gives me plenty of time to spend with your pets and give your fur baby/babies what they need.

My neighborhood is very dog-friendly, as several community members naturally have their own pets to walk. Since it is away from major loud cities, it's usually quiet, calm, and relaxed. There are walking trails nearby, so naturally, we can go for walks outside when it is time!

They must be very well-trained and well-behaved. No loud barking (as I have neighbors), and must be friendly with other people, animals, and myself. You must provide everything your pet needs, as I do not have any treats or toys. Bed, blankets, crates, food, medications (and instructions for medications), bowls, and all such items must be provided by the owner.
A typical day
We would usually spend time together in tranquility. I typically stay home, read books, cook, listen to music, mostly jazz and Lofi music, and study/mental focus music. Due to my calm lifestyle, I can give pets ample time for company, attention, and affection. We will also take walks outside, visit the walking trails, and the local dog park in my neighborhood. I usually also work out from home and do my runs in the morning, so walks would be before or after gym time, before work, and before resting.

I have cared for dogs in my neighborhood and nearby areas for the past 3 years. Due to increased requests for dog sitting, I have decided to open an account here to offer my services, time, and affection to dog and cat owners in need of assistance and support. As a certified teacher and sitter with over 20+ years of experience in the field, safety, patience, and understanding are my top priorities for all pet and pet owners. Viviana is excellent! She is a great communicator and was very considerate of our pup during her four-day stay.
Viviana took wonderful care our yorkie Mickey for almost three weeks while we were overseas, and it was such a relief not having to worry about him. Viviana has a safe space for dogs, and she showed much love for Mickey while he was in her home. Mickey is a picky eater and needed extra care with feeding which Viviana graciously provided. Everything went smoothly from booking to drop off. She sent me photos and updates regularly on how Mickey was doing. Mickey seemed healthy and happy on our return. I am grateful for her help and will definitely be asking her to sit Mickey again.
Viviana took excellent care of our dog, Chandler! He sometimes has anxiety around staying with new people, but he seemed to settle in quickly and be right at home at her place. She was very communicative and sent us multiple pictures of him and updates while we were gone. We will definitely leave him with her again in the future!
