My brother and I booked Viviana very last minute when we had to travel out of state, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and Viviana took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Koko, his needs, and what would help him feel comfortable during his stay. We were even able to book with her the day before our trip. Her home was clean, welcoming, and clearly a place where dogs are cared for and loved. While we were away, she communicated frequently, sending videos and updates about how Koko was eating, playing, and spending his day. Those updates meant so much to me. Koko is my first dog, and this was the first time I had ever left him with anyone, so I was understandably nervous. Viviana is the reason the experience went so smoothly. She made me feel completely at ease and treated Koko like one of her own. When we picked him up, he was happy, well cared for, and clearly loved during his stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience. I would absolutely recommend Viviana to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and communicative sitter, and I would gladly book with her again in the future.
