We are Vivian and Kyu, and we are helpless pet lovers who just want to have fun and share lots of love with goofy fur-babies. 🐾 We’ve cared from playful puppies to sweet senior pets and special ones with special needs(blind, deaf). We take our responsibility very seriously as we understand how precious each one of them is to their family, so we treat your pets like our own. As Star Sitters, we’re incredibly grateful for all the compliments and encouragement from our past clients, and we give back by consistently maintaining a high, professional standard of care. We fully use all our resources to keep your dog happy, safe, and comfortable—routine walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles included. Our home is stocked like a little doggy hotel: A variety of snacks and treats, chew sticks, toys and equipments to keep your pup entertained and comfortable. Our priority is to give your dog a pawsome vacation while you’re away. We are comfortable with most type of dogs and always do my best to make sure they feel relaxed, happy, and well cared for while their humans are out. 💛

Such an amazing family! Vivian, her husband, and their two gorgeous cats were wonderful hosts for my active, playful, and attached cat. They are very professional and responsible. I received plenty of photos and videos throughout the day and was kept updated all the time. They spent a lot of time with him and allowed him to explore the main floor freely once he became familiar with them. Their well-equipped basement was like a cheerful playground for him, and of course, he was always under their supervision through security cameras. Their two cats were very nice and friendly, which helped create a respectful relationship with my boy. From now on, I can plan more trips with peace of mind. I definitely recommend them!
Our experience with Vivian looking after our 2 cats was exceptional. What impressed me most was the genuine affection for the animals — sharing daily pictures and videos. Each one of our cats, having different needs, they were both looked after with such great care. It allowed us to be at ease on our holidays, knowing they were in good hands. Vivian took such wonderful care of our puppy while we were away. It was her first overnight stay, and Vivian made her feel completely at home, treating her like one of the family. Vivian and Kyu took exceptional care of my high energy pup. Building her confidence with them through constant play, walks and showering her with love. As a anxious dog mom, I am 100% confident in the level of care they give and can't wait to take my pup back to them.

Schedule
My husband Kyu and I are huge dog lovers and we both work from home. We will always be there to care for and play with your pups! I am an early riser and love to jog in the morning while Kyu loves jogging in the evening. During the day, Kyu likes to take breaks from his work and play with the doggos in the backyard. Also, we will go on random adventures as we are surrounded by a lot of nature trails. Your pupper will surely enjoy quality outdoor time with either or both of us!

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a home with fully fenced backyard for your pupper to play with us during their stay. I have multiple areas in our house that can be sectioned off and be dedicated to your pet if they require their own space. I have two cats of my own, and we can definitely separate them if needed or they can become best furriends. Frequent photo and video updates of your pet will be shared with you, and in case the volume and frequency feels overwhelming, please do not feel pressured to make response to all of the updates! We will continue to update with photos and videos.
Pets
A typical day
We know the importance of daily mental and physical stimulation for the doggos! I often prepare different puzzle snacks for the dogs indoors or treat them with sticks and snacks from our snack bar while teaching tricks, and my husband will take the dogs out to play in our backyard during weekday daytimes. In the evenings or weekends, we will explore our neighbourhood and local trails. There are many options for parks near our house for us to adventure to!
