Gentle and Loving Care for your Dog
I have been around dogs and cats for most of my life. I was lucky enough to be the parent to a rambunctious and energetic miniature schnauzer and a sassy and independent long hair chihuahua. They have passed on after brightening my life for almost fifteen years. I am experienced taking care of aging pets that require a lot of love and gentleness, as well as rambunctious and independent minded dogs that walk at the beat of their own drum. I live close to parks with an unleashed dog section, and a twenty minutes walk to Lake Washington. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement training. I can provide boarding care for larger dogs on a case by case basis.

Vivian was very attentive to ensuring Murray was comfortable and well taken care of while we were away. She was also gracious about a late pick up due to a flight delay.
Vivian did a great job caring for our senior Chihuahua mix while we were away. She was easy to communicate with and gave us regular updates and photos. We would trust her with our furbaby again. Highly recommend.
Vivian is great with our dog, Pippa. She's trustworthy, communicative, and flexible. Pippa loves visiting her, which gives us peace of mind that she's in good hands.
Vivian took great care of Penelope and sent lots of updates to make sure I knew she was doing ok. Vivian doesn’t accept more than 2 dogs at a time so you can rest assured they’ll get lots of love and attention.
Vivian took excellent care of our dog, Pippa. She was friendly, communicative, flexible and responded well to our dog's needs. We would love to have her watch Pippa again.

Schedule
I work from home and live close to a beautiful dog park and Lake Washington. I can take breaks during the day to take your dog out for a walk and provide them company, as they'd spend time next to me in my living room.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a courtyard townhouse that has access to a partially fenced backyard. I would take your pet out for regular potty breaks and a long walk (the length depending on your pets needs and energy levels).
A typical day
Your dog and I would play, go for walks, take them to the dog park (if allowed), go window shopping around the main street. If staying for long stays, we may go for a drive on the weekend to the beach.

- I need to know if your dog has special needs, needs to take medicine, if they have been to training, or if they have a history of bites or a strong case of separation anxiety. Unfortunately, I can't care for dogs who can't get along with other dogs. I am also unable to care for cats.
