A Safe Home in East Grinstead
Hello! We are Vitória and Ross, a dog-loving Brazilian/English couple living in East Grinstead. We understand that leaving your best friend with a stranger can be scary, so we hope that knowing a bit more about us will put your mind at ease: We work from home, so someone will be with your dog 24/7, and they won’t be out of sight. Looking after dogs is a not a job for us (we have full-time jobs!). We choose to do it because we love dogs. When your dog is with us, they will be one of the family and treated with all the love and care we give our own Old Tyme Bulldog, Bis. Our home is clean and tidy, with an enclosed garden for your dog to play in. We will only ever accept one booking at a time, so your dog is guaranteed to get our undivided attention. We will keep you updated, including sending lots of pictures and videos. We have built long term relationships with many dog owners, and we love having their dogs back to stay with us (and miss them when they leave!). We have experience with the smallest miniature dachshunds to the biggest St. Bernards, and everything in between. As well as sitting, we both grew up with dogs from a young age. Vitória found her love for French Bulldogs through her childhood companion, Obelix. Ross has a soft spot for Rottweilers, having grown up with four of them, two being rescues. We would love to meet you both, for you to see where your dog will stay, and for your dog to get used to us and the environment. Please don’t be afraid to ask! We are booked up fairly far in advance nowadays, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you’re looking for loving companions for your best friend! Vitória, Ross, and Bis.

Ross and Vitoria are simply awesome and very accommodating of our Rottweiler Django. It’s obvious they love dogs and are very knowledgeable on looking after a variety of breeds. We’ve found it very difficult leaving our boy with sitters before, as most don’t know or don’t want to look after large breeds. We feel so comfortable leaving Django with them and can relax when he is in their care. He’s happy and made to feel at home with them both. Would gladly recommend.
Wilf was really happy and comfortable with Ross + Vitoria. They were really accommodating to his needs and sent us lots of videos and photos to put us at ease whilst we were away. We’ll definitely be happy to leave Wilf in their care again. Thanks both!
Vitoria and Ross took such good care of our little frenchie and we got photos sent to us throughout the day. Vitoria is so knowledgeable and clued up on french bulldogs, we felt really comfortable leaving our pup with them ?

Schedule
We work from home full-time, so will be around 24/7 to ensure they have everything they need. We usually walk Bis in the morning, but can walk more as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
We have an enclosed garden with lots of space and things to sniff. Our house is clean and dog-proof. There are comfortable beds and napping spots!

A typical day
We usually walk in the morning, play games at intervals in the day, combine obedience training with mealtimes, and cuddle on the sofa in the evening.
